This wonderful flat, ideal for couples or solo travellers, offers the best atmosphere for those looking to spend unforgettable moments in Copacabana. It has a large living room, which is attached to the bedroom, office and dining room, with a cosy double bed, smart TV and air conditioning capable of cooling the whole room, perfect for relaxing on a day after the beach. The kitchen is equipped with various utensils and appliances, designed to make your stay as practical as possible.

The flat is just 150 metres from the famous Copacabana beach, one of Rio de Janeiro's main postcards and the source of many leisure options, such as walking, sunbathing and even watching the sunset. Just a few metres from the accommodation you'll find several restaurants, bars and cafés. MAB'S is a great option for lunch, with an incomparable view of Copacabana beach. Ex-Touro, located across the street, serves great burgers, perfect for enjoying the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. The neighbourhood is vibrant and the perfect setting for tourists looking to experience the true spirit of Rio.

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
