To create a luxury feel retreat, we provide you with high quality white bedding linens & plush bath towels as well as a fully stocked chef kitchen. Our personal care products such as hair care, bath & body products are from Public Goods all natural & Eco friendly. There are total of 3 Samsung Framed TVs with Roku for your entertainment. On the first floor, there's a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom & a master suite with a king bed, a reading nook, a desk & a full bath with shower & soaking tub. There is also laundry room with washer & dryer. There's a game room off the kitchen with arcade game, a multi game table & variety of board games. There is a record player with more than 80 of old records that originally came with the house. Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms & a full bath: 2 bedrooms with queen bed & 1 bedroom with 2 twins bed. All flooring is original white pine plank and will creak as you walk.
The house is centrally located, only 10 minutes from highway I93 & very convenient to get to restaurants, hiking trail, national parks, lakes & Gunstock Skiing Resort is only 20 mins away.

There are exterior security cameras actively recording audio & video 24/7 on the property. We have access to those cameras at all times.
There are total of 5 parking spots for the guests on the driveway.
The barn/ garage & a small cottage on the property are off limits to the guests.
The pool is not heated. But it has a solar cover for heat retention & maintaining the water temperature. And it is a single depth pool of 5.5 feet which is not kids friendly.
