Ellijay's all-season beauty is waiting to be explored at Payne's Cabin! An inviting retreat lined by trees, Payne's Cabin is minutes from farm markets, Whitepath Golf Club, and local vineyards. If you are visiting during October, be sure to participate in the Georgia Apple Festival, hosted right in Ellijay! Continue to enjoy the Southern sun from the cabin's covered front porch and expansive back deck, both furnished with rockers. A screened balcony is also available for late-night chats.

Inside, your comfort is catered to amidst the living room's leather sofa and large smart TV. Steps from here, the fully equipped kitchen displays beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample meal prep space. Both a breakfast bar and formal dining table are available for mealtime.

A private space to indulge in some self-care, the primary bedroom boasts its own smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. With central air and soft linens in each of the bedrooms, rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended. A private washer/dryer rounds out the stellar list of interior perks!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
