This cozy 1 bed, 1 bath unit is perfect for singles, couples, and even your furry friends, as it come with a backyard steps out your door. This unit is a private apartment unit located in a triplex in a beautiful, safe, lake-side neighborhood. You will have free off-street parking, no shared walls and no one above you. And there is a shared laundry room with access to a free washer and dryer.
Truly maintenance-free living - all snow removal and lawncare is professionally performed.
The space
You enter the property through the garage and then go up a flight of stairs to find your private unit at the top of the stairs.
You'll enter into the living room which seamlessly flows into the dining area and kitchen. A very large closet sits off the living room, which is set up as a separate work space with a desk and outlets - perfect for work on the go. The bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable full sized bed.
All utilities included including Wi-Fi, Netflix, free laundry, snow removal and lawncare.
