Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.

No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.

Great location & lots of restaurants within walking distance. The building & unit is very well kept, we had no complaints. Property manager is super responsive & helpful. We’ll definitely make this our first pick when visiting KC!

Great place to stay with pets

My boyfriend and I booked this cute apartment for a weekend getaway with our two pups and it was great! I felt comfortable leaving my dogs behind while grabbing dinner as the apartment complex has various pet owners. The rooftop patio has an amazing view at night! Instructions upon check in were a little vague, but the property owner was swift to respond to any questions. Overall, I would recommend this spot to anyone interested. :)
