-Access is granted by Yale Accentra app. An invite will be sent via email for guest to download prior to arrival.
-Wedding parties, military, and corporations: please contact Brent Loft mgmt directly ( to discuss discounted rates.
-Rental agreement must be signed and minimum check in age is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification.
-Loft overlooks Palafox, the main street in Downtown Pensacola. There will be noise from the street and surrounding businesses, especially on weekend nights. Please prepare accordingly and let us know if you have any questions.
