Guest Access:
To ensure your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a smart system and the front door is accessed by a code and smart lock. The code and all relevant details for your arrival will be provided through the booking platform on the morning of check-in.

The Neighborhood:
City Heights is centrally located with easy access to everything that San Diego has to offer. Adjacent to City Heights are some of San Diego's most popular neighborhoods including North Park (for those brewery lovers), Normal Heights and University Heights for incredible restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Getting Around:
The home comes with a driveway with space for two cars depending on the size. Additionally, there is free street parking in the neighborhood, but it can be difficult to find at times.

Situated less than 5 minutes from Interstate-15, Interstate-8, Interstate-805, and State Route-94; all of San Diego is at your fingertips.

Other Things to Note:
Please note there is another unit on the same parcel where we also rent out. You will possibly see the other renter enter the backyard, since that is the only way for them to access the back unit. Regarding the hot tub, we have added a privacy screen. Please let me know if you have any further questions or if you'd like to rent both units together!

While our first priority is ensuring our valued guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of our community. Kindly review all the house rules and information listed below prior to confirming your reservation.

For stays longer than 30 days, please only submit an inquiry and contact us before booking.

GUESTS
For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in) and have your ID verified.
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay.
No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property and may also result in law enforcement involvement, and you will not be refunded the rest of your stay.

PETS
Well-behaved pets are allowed, please send us a note and we will make sure we are on the same page before booking. $65 pet fee per week, per stay.

DAMAGE
We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring to the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING
Our property is 100% smoke free, in both private and communal areas, including the home itself, and any other areas within the home and the communal property, regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule, we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.

EVENTS & PARTIES
While our first priority is ensuring our valued guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of our neighbors and community. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints and parties of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Please read the property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations.

SECURITY
This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

VISITORS
We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

LIABILITY RELEASE
Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the home rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting our property is strictly prohibited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. InsureMyTrip offers plans from 21 different carriers, have an easy-to-follow website that allows you to compare and contrast each policy or e-mail details to yourself, and offer a wide range from standard policies to 5 star coverage. If you do a quick online search it should pop up.

Interaction with Guests:
We're available for our guests 24/7 through the booking platform and a phone number is provided at check-in for guests to contact the hosts during their stay, if needed.
