This third-floor condo is mere steps from the beach, with a host of amenities waiting to welcome you home each day. Enjoy two pools, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, an arcade, billiards, and horseshoes.
Summerhouse enjoys a great Gulf-front position in Panama City Beach, just two miles up the coast from pristine St. Andrews State Park. In the other direction, you'll be close to attractions that include WonderWorks (three miles), Gulf World (seven miles), and the shops and restaurants of Pier Park (eight miles).
Greet each morning outside on your balcony, seated in an Adirondack chair, sipping a hot cup of coffee, and listening to the waves meet the white-sand shore. Back inside, prepare breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and sit down to eat at the table or the breakfast bar.
After a beautiful day at the beach, you'll have a washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels, central air conditioning to cool you down, and plush seating in the living room to help you unwind as you watch a favorite movie or two. When it's time to turn in, choose between two bedrooms (with TVs) paired with two full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a Gulf-front primary suite that opens to the balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
