About this space
Relax in our calm + quiet bayside home ♡
Beautiful any time of day, take in a sunrise across the bay, or enjoy an evening walk along the well-lit foreshore path.
The space
“Salt and Pepper” is a newly renovated duplex offered to guests to book separately or together.
Salt is styled with gorgeous light and warm interiors, designed with comfort and bliss in mind.
The property sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms - 1x Queen Room and 2x Singles in the Second Room, which can also be modified to become a King upon request.
The main bedroom and living area are air conditioned for a comfortable stay.
Relax in comfort in our beautifully adorned living space, equipped with a 55” inch smart tv and so that you can keep up to date with your favourite streaming series. The house is also equipped with a high-speed WIFI connection.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, fridge, microwave and cooking amenities. Wake up well with pod coffee or tea-making facilities.
A washing machine/dryer are also available for use during your stay.
Keep cool on the private deck, with gorgeous year-round sea breezes flowing up from the bay.
Guest access
The property is a duplex, with separate yards and driveways for each unit. Both are rented as holiday rentals. We politely request that you and your guests remain in your half of the property during your stay.
There is an on-site car space and ample street parking.
Other things to note
Infants can be accommodated with a high chair and/or portacot with linen upon request. Fee applies.
If you would like to bring along your doggo, we allow outside-only pets at Salt.
Please do not allow pets to enter the house in Salt. If we find evidence of dogs being inside, we charge an automatic additional cleaning fee of $200. This is to protect our future guests with allergies who seek a space free of pet hair and smells.
Our yard is fully fenced, but the undercroft of the house is slatted so very small dogs may not be contained. Dogs can also access under the house. If you are not sure if this will be suitable for your doggo, please message me before booking as we want to be sure that we are the right fit for your stay with your fur baby.
Please respect our property by removing any doo doos from the yard before you vacate.
A pet fee of $60 applies per booking and any additional cleaning or damage incurred by your pet will be passed on. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing your pet so that we may ensure that the space will be suitable.
Dogs may be walked on a leash along the foreshore and there is also an off-leash dog exercise area less than 500m away, heading north. An off-leash dog beach is also approx 500m in the other direction.
