This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. The beds are comfy with luxury linens. Great for girls trips, guys trips, multi family stays, families with kids people who like water & sand. This memorable house is the perfect home base on Bass Lake. With 4 bedrooms, including 3 king bedrooms and 1 bunk room, this awesome property can comfortably accommodate your group of 14 guests. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a hair dryer for your convenience. Additionally, there is a second living room upstairs with foosball, office space & 2 twin beds (trundle), toy area providing extra flexibility. Enjoy the amenities such as a washing/dryer, AC, heating, iron, smart TV and WiFi. Whether you're exploring the lake or relaxing at the property, we hope you'll enjoy your stay at our fantastic house. Use our dock to tie up your boat or just chill on the little beach, kayak, paddle board or canoe. Lakeside fun awaits. Ask about availability for golf cart rental or pontoon rental. There are 2 pack-n-plays with a fresh baby linen set for easy set up in the hall closet. Our other place The NEST is a cozy place for 2-3 more right across the driveway. If you need a another home for kids & grandkids our other home The CREW House, is also be listed & sits right across the driveway. (Sleeps 8, 3 bed / 2 bath) The GoodWell is the closest to the lake of all the units on the property. This home has a private screened in deck on the lake side & a large fire pit area. All guests can unload near the house & park on nearer to the road. All guests can use recreational room (except during private events) All guests can use pavilion area, beach & docks. *We are a small group of houses so there’s lots of privacy. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe & row boat are free to use & shared with other guests. 4 person Golf cart is available for $50/day 6 person Golf cart is available for $100/day Pontoon rental available 2024 $300/day or $1200/week We are not local but we do like to enjoy the lake sometimes ourselves. When we’re there usually working or relaxing, we are friendly and willing to answer any questions and do polite greetings. We want our guest to feel like our home is their own for their visit. Our new dock can accommodate your boat! You will need to provide your own tie up ropes. We do decorate a Christmas tree for CREW House, The NEST & GOODWELL. In the summer we do red, white & blue.
