This stunning property features two opulent en suite bedrooms on the second floor, one with a King-size bed, and the other with a queen-size bed. The sophisticated decor adds to the overall ambiance of the house.

To help you stay organized, here are the bed configurations for each bedroom:

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed - Social bathroom right next to the bedroom's door.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed and two double beds (private bathroom)
Bedroom 3: King bed (private bathroom)

*Parking is free, and it is signposted and limited to 2 parking spaces.

The Parking Hanger must be placed in your car during your stay.

Cars parked in a tow zone or parked on the property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense.

*Please place the trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
It is located in front of the clubhouse.
All trash must be bagged and all boxes flatten.

*Early check-in or late checkout may be available by an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

*If you need to, please request Pack & Play or High Chair one day before your arrival.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.

Property Security Notice

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
