The Augusta is located in Walden on Lake Conroe, a premiere lakeside and golf course community offering golf, a marina & yacht club, resort access (Margaritaville), boat ramp access, trails and more.

The space
The Augusta on Walden is a stylish one bedroom, one bathroom condo located feet from the Walden Country Club. As you enter the unique and tastefully decorated condo you will find a fully stocked kitchen to do as much or as little cooking as you desire during your stay. In the kitchen you will find a brand new LG washer / dryer combo with instructions and detergent and fabric softener along with a bespoke Samsung refrigerator. Across from the kitchen is a dining area with a table that can be converted to seat 2 to 4 people depending on space requirements. The living room includes a modern Italian leather couch which can convert to a queen size bed. There is also a Victrola record player that plays cd's, cassette tapes and has an AM / FM tuner. If you are looking for quiet time there are also plenty of magazines and books to choose from. In the living room and bed room there are Fire TV's with literally thousands of channels to choose from including all the premium channels, NFL ticket, MLB Network and all the PPV channels for free. The primary bedroom includes a queen size bed and a 55" Amazon Fire TV. The ensuite is modern and updated with Molton Brown toiletries. The condo also boast a private balcony nestled in the trees to sit and relax while reading a book, enjoying a snack or beverage or simply unwinding after your day. The Augusta also has a Marshall wireless blue tooth speaker, high-speed internet, board games, remote-controlled LED lighting and a monitor, key board and mouse if required. In additional to the country club there is walkability to restaurants, a donut shop, a convenient store, a dry cleaners, a liquor store and nail salon. Also less than a 2 minute drive is the famous Margaritaville Resort that offers resort day passes, restaurant access and more on their website. Guess can also enjoy the Walden Yacht Club swimming pool which includes poolside dining and beverage service.
Guest access
Guest will have full access of the unit with the exception of one utility closet off of the kitchen.

Access Card is to be used for the Walden Yacht Club pool. Replacement cost for the access card is $125.
