Die toskanische Villa Escape ist ein hübsches Ferienhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern in der geschlossenen Ferienanlage Tuscan Hills. Diese Gemeinde ist ideal gelegen, um weit genug von den Massen entfernt zu sein, aber nahe genug, um in der Nähe von Lebensmitteln, Tankstellen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Golfplätzen und natürlich den besten Attraktionen der Gegend zu sein!

Dieses Haus ist durchgehend komfortabel eingerichtet und verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage, zwei Queen-Master-Suiten mit angeschlossenem Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher zum Genießen vor dem Schlafengehen oder kurz nach dem Aufwachen. Die Küche bietet alles für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub und es gibt einen separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum. Das Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Poolbereich bietet einen geräumigen und offenen Raum mit einem Flachbild-TV und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten.

Der Poolbereich ist vollständig von üppiger Landschaft umgeben, damit Sie die Sonne Floridas ganz privat genießen können! Es gibt auch eine überdachte Veranda mit einem Terrassentisch und Sitzgelegenheiten, die an heißen Nachmittagen Schatten spenden. Wenn Sie die Sonne bevorzugen, können Sie auf einem der Liegestühle am Pool entspannen.

Acceptable

The home is beautiful but issues do need to be addressed. Housekeeping issues need to be addressed and pest control (not awful considering it is Florida but still present). Beds are not comfortable. Comforters dirty. Screened in area of pool needs fixing (screen in one section completely gone) which caused bugs in pool everyday. Patio doors cannot be opened and then shut properly without great effort. Dishes, silverware and pots and pans needed washing prior to use. Overall, if the housekeeping issues are addressed it is a beautiful home away from home.

June 2021 Stay

Me and my family stay here for two weeks the house decor is very out dated the microwave above the stove didn’t work but when we reported it they did bring a replacement… The carpet was very stained. The twin beds in both bedrooms need to be replaced my grandson was nearly taken in by the mattress in the room with the Polkadot bedding the frames on all four beds our old… The one vent in the living room was very dirty…. And living room furniture needs to be replaced looks stained… The location to everything was great and the pool all… My family and I Will continue to vacation with floridaspirit just disappointment and the fact that this house is not well-kept and needs to be updated in some areas…..

Was in a great location for the activities that we planned during our stay. The house was clean and exactly as shown on site. The pool was nice and we liked that it was surrounded by a hedge so you weren't looking at any of the neighbors. Would definitely use Vrbo to rent another house.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Hills the house was well equipped with everything we needed , the house and pool were very clean . However there is one thing we did find uncomfortable was the two queen beds , mattress really needed to be upgraded. I would certainly recommend this property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are not strangers to FSVR and will continue as customers. As sometimes occurs there can be a breach in the satisfaction experienced. This Tuscan Hills home needs some TLC: carpets cleaned, appliances updated, new comforters, twin bed repaired, television upgrades, and ability to stream premium movie services. A safety rail for entry into the pool would be helpful for elderly and infirm guests.

Sleep in your car before this place

Bags of garbage from previous guest surround the poo,l which was filthy. Called management and pool service came a day later and reported NO chemicals in pool. My son got an ear infection. Racoons in attic keep you up all night. Management goes to voice mail and they do NOT call back even after 24 hours. Furniture broken, patio lounge collapsed to floor with a small child on it. I Do not have enough space to let you know how bad this was.

First of all we stayed and the first 24 hours we were there the hose was still running in the pool with cold water so the pool was cold second there was cigarette butts and trash in front of house and around pool,cracked lawn chairs by the pool and the beds were very uncomfortable. We did laundry in the dryer vent was not hooked up also a raccoon kept getting in the pool area because of holes in the screen. We would stay again hoping things would be different very disappointed about the pool being cold

October 2019 Stay

I’m annoyed. This is our last day. We wanted to relax by the pool but the cleaner is here cleaning it so we can’t. Why would you not schedule this after we leave? It’s been cloudy for three days and it’s lovely and sunny and we can’t use it. The sofa cushions looked terrible and the first one looks like someone puked on it and stained it. I flipped them over so we could use the sofa. We’ve rented here before and there are usually ample pool towels. This time there were two and they are very tattered to the point that I would’ve made them into cleaning rags in my own home. There is visible plumbing tape around the shower head in the master and it leaks. The pool pump is constantly leaking. We noticed while taking out the trash bin. We left some ice in the freezer for the next person. This used to be a fantastic rental but it’s starting to look ratty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very brief stay. We could not afford the additional $75 to check in early or depart late so we really wanted and needed every moment of the days we had. We were interrupted by the pool cleaners who were very thorough but made it impossible for us to use the pool and relax on the morning before departure. This should have been done after we left. The pillows are so flat we each needed several. This is our 4th stay and there are usually ample pool towels. This time there were two and they are close to being rags. The living room furniture is worn. The sofa cushions really need new covers or for them to be removed and laundered. One has a large stain on it which makes the idea of sitting there revolting. There are a lot of single spot paint touch ups which are really notable. The master bath has a lot of wear and tear noted with bits of missing plaster and a leaky shower head with visible plumbing tape. We would not do a long weekend again since we really only got two full days and it’s not worth it.The patio furniture has been in rough shape for years. I can’t believe it has never been updated.
