1 Schlafzimmer Victorian im historischen Alamo Square. Das Gebäude ist über 100 Jahre alt, wurde aber bei allen neuen modernen Annehmlichkeiten aktualisiert. Meine Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine kleine Terrasse auf der Rückseite, um Kaffee am Morgen zu genießen. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und zu Fuß zu zwei der malerischen Viertel der Stadt, Hayes Valley und Pacific Heights. Einige der beliebtesten Restaurants in der Stadt einschließlich der Zuni und Nopa sind nur wenige Gehminuten zu.

Fabulous Apartment
Modern apartment with gorgeous antiques. Very nice taste in decor & accessories. Living room with lovely square window overlooking the street. Built in shelving (which houses a great collection of books!) & fireplace. Bedroom is adjoining, with large, pocket doors for privacy. Oversized closet with built-ins if you’re planing to stay long enough to unpack. Big, well lit, kitchen with marble countertops & redone bathroom. Located in good neighborhood near Alamo Park & the Painted Ladies. We stayed for Christmas week & would definitely stay again!

Great stay in the city!
The location can't be beat for staying here. It was close to restaurants, Alamo Park and a short walk to Golden Gate Park. We found check-in very easy and Callie was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Best San Fancisco Stay So Far!
This home has been by far our best stay on San Francisco! The location was wonderful and within easy walking distance of Alamo Square and Divisadero Street. Amazing apartment stay w/PERFECT location
We LOVED this apartment. It was perfectly appointed with all the necessities for our short stay. It had a comfortable bed, bright and sunny living room, nice and open kitchen and everything was super neat and clean. The location is perfect with walking distance to shops and cafes. Beautifully renovated Edwardian apartment from late 1800’s. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bed. A few negatives: can hear traffic from street, can hear through the walls, was asked to put bedding and towels in the washer & start it, as well as dishwasher. Cleaning fee was charged (not cheap), so not sure why this was requested. My 5am departure didn’t allow for the washer but complied with the dishwasher at 10pm.

Very nice apartment in a great area!
We really enjoyed our stay at Callie's apartment. It is in a great location. It's close to Alamo park and a short walk to Hayes Street. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance. Callie left detailed information for us about the apartment and recommendations for restaurants. The kitchen is stocked and she even dropped off coffee and left if outside the door for us, such a nice touch! The apartment is nicely decorated and spacious. I would recommend Callie's apartment and would enjoy staying there again!

A marvelous little home away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Callie's home away from home. It is beautiful, very clean, has a very comfortable bed and superbly-equipped kitchen, is in a nice neighborhood, and is convenient to everything we needed, courtesy of the wonderful SF public transportation system. Callie is wonderfully hospitable and available for any questions, and made sure we had everything we could possibly need and more. We will definitely want to stay there again next time we go to San Francisco. The only caveat is that it might not be a great choice for someone who has to get up a lot at night, as the route from the bed to the bathroom is down the hall, through the dining area and kitchen.

Exceptional apartment!!
I was so impressed by Callie's apartment! It's a very spacious one-bedroom apartment, with impeccable decor. The pictures really don't due it justice at all. We loved so many things about the apartment, including having a walk-in closet, super comfortable bed and pillows, spacious dining room, beautiful kitchen, cute deck, and an awesome location (only 2 blocks from Alamo Square and a 5-min walk to Hayes Street shopping and dining). It felt very clean and homey. Also, Callie is a very caring owner, and actually took the time to call me to make sure that I got in to the apartment with no trouble and to answer any questions I might have. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment. :)

Felt Like Home
This home was amazing! The furniture and decor felt warm and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with beautiful cookware. The owner even left lemonade, soda, beer, and condiments for us to use in the refrigerator. There is one bedroom with comfy linens. The huge walk in closet was a treat. It was nice to not have to live out of a suitcase for a few days. The owner left a helpful binder with information about the house and the neighborhood including restaurant recommendations and things to see. This part of town is accessible to several delicious restaurants and places for coffee/dessert. The home is only two blocks from the famous "Painted Ladies." I enjoyed walking up and down the streets admiring the architecture of every Victorian house. The owner even left a book about the background of each historic house in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed looking up several of the houses nearby. Overall, this was the perfect house and location. I highly recommend staying in this serene, cozy retreat!

Comfortable, clean, spacious, attractive. Perfect!
This place is lovely. Callie's attention to detail made this place so cozy, so inviting. The kitchen was amazing with everything one would need to prepare meals. (Better equipt than my own!) Although Callie mentioned that her place is on a busy street and could be noisey, I found it quiet, especially when closing the tall doors between the living room and bedroom at night. A wonderful ambience throughout. And so close to restaurants and shops, and the transit. As my husband and I did not rent a car, we found getting around on transit easy. Perfect location to get to well, anywhere. Best is that Callie is very accommodating, our plane arrived early and she welcomed us well before normal check in and we are appreciative of that. Her response to our needs were immediate. We would certainly stay here again and I have already forwarded her VRBO to friends. I hope the next time, I may meet Callie in person. Thank you for sharing your home with us. (I love the sweet vanity in the closet, a magical hideout!)

What a little gem!
We had a wonderful stay in this Hayes Valley gem. The photos don't capture the charm and the bright energy. Although just one bedroom, the living space, between the living room and the spacious kitchen area (where we spent most of our time) was beyond adequate. The decor was bright and welcoming making us feel right at home. Loved the location: close to Hayes Valley, Alamo Square and an easy walk to the Panhandle or Pac Heights. Highly recommend and hope to visit again since my daughter lives just up the street!

Charming SanFran Flat!
We loved our stay at this property! The owner, Callie, was super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect; it was far enough out of the city for a quiet, charming neighbor stay but close enough to restaurants and public transportation making it easy to get anywhere in the city. My Haven...
I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this beautiful apartment in a charming and historic four-flat building. It is beautifully appointed, ultra-convenient, and surprisingly quiet considering that it is located on a relatively busy thoroughfare. Callie and I communicated several times during my stay, and the fact that she was overseas did not prevent her from responding quickly, even if my texts to her were only to compliment her taste! This flat was also very competitively priced, certainly a bargain in such an expensive city. Grade: A+

Perfect place to stay in SF for 1-2 people. Apartment was incredibly clean and attractive. Everything was easy to find. Location excellent, you can pretty much walk anywhere you want to be within 30 minutes or be collected quickly by Uber/Lyft. Owner was incredibly accommodating. Will 100% stay here again.

Great stay in SF near Painted Ladies
We had an incredible stay while at Callie’s rental for a long weekend in San Fran. Her rental is ideally and conveniently located in an older, picturesque style SF home in Hayes, and only a few blocks walking distance to The Painted Ladies, cafes, restaurants, parks and only short drives to all the other major sites in the city. Parking is first come on the street, but we were fortunate and able to easily locate on the same block. We felt safe and had no concerns for ourselves or personal belongings while staying at Callie’s rental and would easily rebook again for another long weekend in San Fran! Communication with Callie was incredibly helpful, useful and timely that made our stay so much more enjoyable with peace of mind.
