Come and stay at this tastefully designed house located in Valley Village near Studio City, close to the famous Ventura Blvd!!! The property features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large ice machine, a beverage fridge and a wine fridge. There is a furnished private outdoor patio with a beautiful pool where guests can relax. The house is situated in an excellent location, close to restaurants and shops, and movie production studios.

POOL: Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $189/day with a 4-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs. before check-in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *89-92 is recommended. Pricing may increase depending on the current rates of the gas company.

UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days are booked, the utility bill portion will be prorated respectively with reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.

Alarm System: not offered with the listing. This is for owner use only when property is vacant.

NO PETS – Pets are not permitted on the property unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $250 minimum. Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.

UNAUTHORIZED FILMING - if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.

We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $119 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guest against damages covered in this policy.
