Warme, sanfte Brisen streicheln Ihr Gesicht und die Temperatur fühlt sich auch in den Sommermonaten Juni, Juli und August wunderbar an. Gehen Sie etwas weiter und Sie befinden sich im ruhigen, blauen karibischen Wasser.

Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh. Ihr erholsamer Urlaub hat bei 115 Sugar Beach begonnen.

Das 2 + PLUS Beachfront Condo befindet sich im Sugar Beach Resort, Unit 115, und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Die Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Innenstadt von Christiansted erreichen Sie in nur 5 Fahrminuten. Wenn Sie etwas näher heran möchten, erreichen Sie das Breezez Restaurant and Grill in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Sie können eine schöne Banane Nana trinken, während Sie den wunderschönen türkisfarbenen Ozean beobachten.

Was ist das PLUS? Es ist unser zusätzliches Schlafzimmer. Neben dem übergroßen Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und dem Gästezimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett gibt es ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit neuen karibischen Betten und vielen Kissen ausgestattet, sodass Sie nach einem anstrengenden Tag am Strand gut schlafen können.

Neue Geräte und eine Granit-Arbeitsplatte begrüßen Sie in der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Gourmet-Utensilien und einem Mixer, um ein beliebiges Mischgetränk zuzubereiten. (Die Insel ist bekannt für ihren Cruzan Rum.) Servieren Sie alles in Geschirr und Gläsern mit karibischem Thema, die in den Schränken stehen.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen zahlreiche Strandtücher in den Schränken, eine Doppelkopfdusche im Hauptbadezimmer, eine entspannende Regendusche im zweiten Badezimmer, ein Breitbild-HD-Fernseher mit Surround-Sound-Heimkino, HD-Kabel, kostenloses WIFI und Breitband-Internetverbindung . Ein großer Parkplatz hat genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung, so dass Sie nie nach einem Parkplatz suchen müssen.

Das kristallklare Wasser am Sugar Beach lädt zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen ein, da die sanft abfallende Küste die Wellen bricht und das Wasser beruhigt. Sie finden Strandspielzeug in der Strandkiste auf der Veranda und viele Strandtücher in den Schränken. Property exceeded expectations. Literally on the beach, tons of space, immaculately clean, and well equipped. Perfect for low-key vacation, close to town, groceries and restaurants. Beach feels semi-private, well tended. Already looking at next year.

Everything was exactly as listed. Easy/quick communication with the owners. Loved having our own washer/dryer - saves bringing extra luggage. Spent endless hours combing for beach glass!

Great Getaway the beaches are amazing

I went on vacation with my sister and sister-in-law. We all are picky when it comes to cleanliness. The condo was spotless. I’m not sure who the cleaning person is but they are 10 stars. I never saw a spec of sand(being right on the beach), no bugs anywhere. No webs. It was so clean. The location of the condo was great. The area was very quiet. We drove all around the island (keep left was difficult at first). We accidentally found a great market. It is called Q market. The best grocery store on the island. Getting there was hard because of those pot holes in the road. We had no electricity for about 3 hours on our last night. We lost our food because we couldn’t do anything. That was costly and a bummer. Overall the trip was great. The condo was amazing. Thanks for a great vacation. We are blessed. Sad to go but memories will be forever.

As Advertised

We were so pleased that everything was as advertised. Clear communications, on-site manager (Chris) was very helpful, a very comfortable place to stay. The location felt like we were in the middle of everything on the island. Brunch at RumRunners was our favorite meal. See Buck Island with Caribbean Sea Adventures. See if you can find the lighthouse. Be gentle with Ginger the neighborhood TomCat, See if you can see the moongooses that play at your steps. The beach and water were perfect. We'll be back.

Truly excellent trip and great property!

The condo was exactly as described. It was important to us to be right on the beach, and this certainly is. The communication with the owner before the trip was excellent, and an extremely helpful document was sent beforehand that provided great recommendations for snorkel tours, restaurants, etc. The on-site manager was immediately responsive when we had a question. The beach is peaceful with few people on it. We enjoyed being able to hear the sound of the waves constantly. The condo had everything included that we needed for a week. Excellent week - thanks so much!

Right on the Beach!! Plenty of Beach Chairs. Was a great week overall. Some updates could be made but everything worked. Electricity went out several times but that apparently is the norm and nothing the owners could control.

Private beach makes for great stay

While the condo itself was pretty dated and some furniture not in great condition (ie: back patio table)- the location and helpfulness of the property manager made up for it. It is literally ON the beach - steps from your patio door. The beach is private, calm, and secluded. Even has its own area to snorkel where we saw tropical fish, octopus, and a giant manta-ray! The beach sand is a bit rocky and hurts to walk on, so I would recommend bringing water shoes or wearing flip flops down to the water. The condo had a wet/musty smell to it (almost like a sewer)- we ended up finding out this was due to the sargasm seaweed that washes up on shore and smells bad. The property manager was VERY responsive to our concerns with this, but unfortunately not a lot he could do. We had to leave windows open, fans running, and emptying the humidifier constantly to help. Location is close to downtown Christiansted and an easy drive to multiple other beaches. Nearby grocery and fast food was nice also. The pool was the perfect temperature and nice for the kids. Beach towels were provided, so it was nice to not have to pack those. Overall- would recommended this unit- but just know the inside does need some updates.

Everything we needed was there. Lots of kitchen dinnerware, cookware, appliances. Linens, towels including beach towels. Lots of beach toys for the kids and the proximity to the beach really is just a few steps. Beach chairs provided and the beach was cleaned of any seaweed each morning. We had a wonderful stay. We would definitely choose this condo again.

This was our 3rd stay in these condos. First in this one. It's a very nice unit. Walks out right on the beach!!! Was very clean. Had couple of minor issues, but the local contact for the unit was right on it. If you are looking for a unit to bring your family, this one will suite you. Just FYI for those who might rent, the master bed is quite hard.( I liked it!). Also If you're coming down, do what we do and pack an extra suitcase with frozen meat etc. Food at the grocery store is spendy.

Beautiful Beach

The unit is clean, nicely designed, and has wonderful views of the beach and ocean. The beds are very comfortable. Our friends were so pleased with the comfort of the beds that they wanted to order the same mattresses. The closets are huge, so plenty of storage space. The beach is directly outside the unit and there is no shortage of comfortable beach lounge chairs which are already set up on the beach and ready for use. If you are concerned about getting too much sun, there are several beautiful coconut palm trees just outside the unit that provide ample shade. There were lots of beach towels, floats and some snorkel gear which we made frequent use of. The communication with Chris, the property manager, was flawless. He answered many questions and was always responsive in a timely way. We did have some difficulty operating the dish washer (resolved) as others have noted and there were some cosmetic issues, but nothing that would deter another visit. There are two grocery stores a short drive away and a nice restaurant immediately next to the complex. In summary, we loved our time here, only wish it was longer.

The location on Sugar Beach is wonderful. We loved staying right on the beach which was well maintained and raked daily. Although the condo itself could use a few updates and repairs, it was more than adequate for us. The property manager, Christoph, was excellent. He responded quickly to our questions and concerns.

Location is great! Step right out and the water is there. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer on site was great too. There were just a couple minor issues,the tv didnt work and dishwasher worked only once for us,so we handwashed. But other then that,everything was perfect!

Great view and location

The place is in a good location near many essentials and the town of Christiansted. There are two restaurants in walking distance. Has a great beach view that is well kept. The grounds are great. The three bedrooms are not all completely separate. One has to go through one bedroom to get to another and the person in the front bedroom must go through the middle bedroom to get to the bathroom. Would not recommend unless you are all close.

Great place

The guys that work at the condominium did an amazing job cleaning the beach daily. There were days the sargassum collected on the beach but the guys cleaned it up every day. They are awesome! This was a great place for our family. With the beach right our the door the kids could go swimming and snorkeling.

Condo is nice, comfortable and clean. Conveniently located near C'sted and easy to get to F'sted. The grocery store is near by, and the view from the porch can't be beat. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying I would stay here again. It was very clean and well appointed. The property location was good and the view was spectacular! The responsiveness of the owners was excellent and they were very accommodating to our needs. The only hiccup there was, once we arrived we had no idea what unit it was (unit 115). It took some work ( 20 minutes worth) to figure that out as it was not made clear. We actually found out by reading reviews of former guests that had the same experience. This is the only reason this property did not get 5 stars. Thank you very much! Cheers!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our visit to Sugar Beach. The location was all that we had hoped for. We were literally on the beach and view is great. The condo was well supplied with items for our stay. If you are expecting a resort type stay this is not the place for you. This is a well loved beach home. It has a few flaws but it was not a deal breaker for us. We stayed for two weeks and loved it. There are several people that are residents and they are very friendly and helpful. We are already talking about another visit. St Croix is the perfect place to go, it has such a relaxed environment.

Our mother purchased Unit 115 after she and our father came to St. Croix in July from Kansas, USA. Dad, an agronomist, was going down to the island to collect soil samples for a friend who purchased some land in St. Croix to plant a mango orchard.

Kansas in July is hot: 105° F (41° C) with wind that sucks the heat from your body and melts your face.

Mom was surprised to find that the weather in St. Croix in July was WONDERFUL. The summer temperatures are mild and the gentle ocean breeze keeps you cool no matter where you are on the island.

At the end of her trip, she knew what I had to do: Dad came home with soil samples, and Mom came home with a condo!

My sister and I love St. Croix. We hope that you do too!

I wanted a place on the beach. Not near the beach. On the beach where I could walk out the door and be on sand. Unit 115 is on the beach in the Sugar Beach Resort, which is close to Christiansted.
