Head to Cazaux lake, the second freshwater lake in France renowned for its tranquility, beautiful forest, sandy beach, & wild coves.
Located a 5 min drive from the lake of Cazaux & its sandy beaches, our home is the ideal base to explore the Bay of Arcachon.
Filled with natural light and spacious (130m2), our home comes with FAST WIFI, a 2175m2 private garden & a large deck to enjoy the great weather.
The space
Our home is a ground-floor home spacious, welcoming, and filled with natural light all day long.
The lounge and 3 bedrooms fitted with french windows overlook a private garden and the wooden terrace.
The 4th bedroom as well as a 2nd door from the transverse living room and the kitchen overlook the rear garden.
All benefit from a beautiful light at the end of the afternoon.

It can host up to 8 people + 1 baby (cot & high chair available free of charge on request).

We have decorated this house so that you feel good there.
There are a few designer pieces (BODIE and FOU, Normann Copenhagen, Paulistano, Handvärk) mixed in with a few flea market treasures, white tableware, and lots of decorating books.

BATHING
There is one bathroom with a bathtub, Italian shower, lavabo, and toilet + another separate toilet at the end of the corridor.

COOKING:
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, 2 ovens (traditional & steam), a tall fridge and a separate freezer, and a dishwasher. You will also find a filter coffee machine, toaster & kettle.

IN THE GARDEN:
You will find a BBQ, a large table & chairs to eat alfresco, 4 transats & a few Ikea's PS chairs around a low-level table for the "aperitif".
The private parking can have 2 cars.

Our 2715 m² private garden will give the kids plenty of space to blow some steam off and you, peace of mind.

The house is ideal for one or two families on holiday together.
It is only 5 min drive from the Lac of Cazaux & its sand beaches, 13 km from the famous Dune du Pilat, and 17 km from Arcachon, which makes it the ideal base to explore the beautiful Bay of Arcachon or spend the day in Bordeaux.

Rental price includes fast wifi, bed linens, towels, utility bills & tourist tax. If interested, we have beach towels, a stand-up paddle, and an electric Blue summer car available for weekly rentals.

JULY/AUGUST: the house is only available for rental on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
Guest access
Full access to everything the house and garden have to offer, including 2 private outdoor parking spaces.
Other things to note
Smoking is allowed outside only as we often receive families with young children.
Bordeaux Airport is 45 min drive.
Should you require a babysitter for a few hours a day or in the evening, please let me know.
