Wir wurden am Standort dieser Einheit verkauft, cooles Zementgebäude und üppiges tropisches Gelände. Unsere Einheit ist ruhig, keine Treppen für Mobilitätsprobleme, privat - keine Gebäude mit komplexen BBQs, die 75 Meter entfernt sind. Kamaole II Beach auf der anderen Straßenseite, weißer abfallender Sand, nächtliche Sonnenuntergänge und den ganzen Tag über Rettungsschwimmer. Kamaole II verfügt über Toiletten, Gras, Schatten, Picknicktische und Grillplätze. Unsere Unterkunft bietet rechts und rechts Golfschläger für Männer und Frauen, Liegestühle, Poolnudeln, Strandtücher und Kühlboxen, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Had a great stay. The short walk to the beach for our morning snorkel was perfect, love this location. Meals on the the Lanai were always nice watching the geckos and the birds. A perfect location for our Maui adventure. Would definitely come back to this unit again.

Great location for the price

The property is in an excellent location.. walking distance to great beach and restaurants. The complex was a bit loud in the morning and slightly dated, but clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the convenience of the provided beach chairs and golf clubs. The host was great a communication and being available for questions.

Across from Kamaole II Beach Park

Overall, the complex is very quiet and well looked after with many trees and bushes. The condo is conveniently located a short walk across the street from Kamaole II, and right next door to a couple of restaurants. Other shopping is within easy walking distance, although a vehicle is recommended for getting groceries. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The condo is very well equipped for cooking as well as offering a multitude of items for spending time at the beach, and provides ample towels and bedding. The pool area is connected to the laundry building, and is quite large with many lounge chairs, and gazebos for those who want shade.The owners were friendly and responsive.

The best home away from home!

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay in Maui and this was the perfect place for us. It was comfortable, in a great location, and provided everything we needed during our three week stay. Becky was accessible and welcoming, and we never had to contact her for anything as the condo had it all. We highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for the best home away from home.

I had a great time at Becky’s and John’s place. It’s strategically located. There is a beautiful and quiet beach just across the street. I loved they had beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use if you want to spend time at the beach. The apartment is perfectly equipped for a comfortable vacation : )

The perfect getaway!

This was the perfect location for a staycation! We loved the ground level floor where our toddler could run out on the grass. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops that we walked to daily. Hosts are quick to reply, and even provided a pack and play for our two year old. They were very concerned about us enjoying our time there! Nearby beaches were beautiful, and walking two minutes home was perfect. Would definitely stay here again, especially with young kids!

A slice of heaven

We stayed 9 days at 166 Kihei Kai Nani. The property is well kept with a lovely big pool. The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of closet space/drawers for your clothing. The kitchen and living area is roomy. There are some games to play while enjoying your afternoon cocktail. We ate dinner on the lanai every night just because we could - so awesome! There are beach chairs and an umbrella which came in handy. The location is awesome - right across from Kamaole 2 and walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Home Away From Home

This property was a great stay! The condo is filled with all the amenities you could need. Very clean place with a great shower. Beach equipment like fold-out chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach mats and even boogie boards are included and very handy! The location is nearby lots of shops and restaurants, everything you need is right here. 10/10 would book again, I highly recommend this place!

The only issue I had was not the fault of the vrbo owner. Maui has had problems with cell coverage since the fires. So even with decent wifi my phone kept drooping calls. But if I walked 1 minute to the beach my phone worked fine.

Perfect spot, perfect place - seriously don't hesitate here

Couldn't be more perfect for our needs. Hosts were EXTREMELY flexible and communicative, helping me through the initial dates. We got there a little late, and everything was CLEAN and STOCKED. Heck, there was even creamer and coffee in the fridge! Beds and pullouts were comfy, plenty of blankets and pillows. Bathroom was fantastic (yay water pressure). Minutes from one of the best beaches in the world. Seriously, sunsets are incredible there. Close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need while you're on Maui. Don't hesitate on this property. You'll be thanking me later.

Kihei Kai Nani is a little Gem

This small but mighty condo was perfect for my family of four. We have two boys (20 & 18) and we all fit great in the 1 bedroom condo with 2 pull out couches. The place had everything we needed to enjoy our days at the beach or pool. Chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment- we left a football and we’re gifted some rafts by neighbors! We were with extended family who stayed around the corner - The ground level is key, we were just steps from the BBQ - we loved that we could make dinner at home and walk to the best Ice Cream next door. Lots of great dinning and shopping options are walking distance. Becky was a great host and kept us very informed. We will be Back!

Quiet spot in the perfect location

We loved how quiet this unit and complex are while being in the heart of Kihei and directly across the main drag from the beach! Convenient for everything we wanted to do: shop, dine, sunbathe and sandcastles. Becky and John were always available with answers to any of our questions, and this clean, ground floor unit was the perfect size for the two of us to spend a beautiful week. Knowledgeable hosts. Answered all queries in a timely manner. We have traveled to lots of beaches in the world but fell in love with Maui because of the warm evening temperatures and the beautiful sand beach across the street. We bought our home there in 2011 and are still in love with Maui.

We enjoy being social, welcoming guests and keeping in touch. The BBQ and gazebo with gathering area allows us to (reserve it!) be social, enjoy dinner and mingling with friends and other guests.

When we came across the Kihei Kai Nani we knew we struck gold on location for sure. It was love at first sight with the white sand beach, sunshine and lifeguards included. We wanted the waterfront across from where we were buying to be sand instead of lava rock so we could easily swim off a sandy shore - we do that almost daily when we are here!
Ground floor is cooler than upper floors and no stairs from the pool or parking lot into our unit(easy carrying groceries). We enjoy the swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding across the street at Kam II beach where we also watch the sunset. We like the short walking distance to budget friendly restaurants or upscale ones. Walking distance for happy hour can be a good idea. Shopping is also nearby if we need clothes, groceries, sunscreen or a bottle of wine.

- No elevator or stairs to climb
- Two nearby BBQ's. We have one just 75 ft. away and a second bbq out our front door.
- Pool location is just across the main driveway.
- Grass, just off the patio seems like an extra room.
- Walking distance to stay without rental car.
- Budget friendly and upscale restaurants are close walking distance. The City bus runs on our road every half hour to the Shops of wailea or King Kameah Kameah Mall. Star fruit can be picked off a tree on our grounds by going to the office and borrowing a star frui t picker.
