Our family-friendly family cabin is a 3bed/3bath A-frame and is minutes to Asheville, Black Mountain and Lake Lure. Holly Haven is easily accessible and perched on a hill on a private road with only two neighboring properties.
Conveniently close to Charlotte Highway, which leads directly into downtown Asheville.

The 2800 sqft home is nestled in 1.5 acres of lush nature, and uniquely offers 2 separate living spaces, making this property both unique and practical, especially for larger groups and families. The home is pet-friendly and we offer some pet ammenities. A pet fee applies, max 2 dogs. No size or breed restrictions.

Once parked in the paved driveway, you will follow the well-lit stepped path up to the brightly colored front-door. As you enter the home, the foyer is welcoming and functional, with benches to rest your bags, as well as a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. Shoes are encouraged to be removed to help maintain a clean space for you.

The kitchen on the main floor (yes there are 2 kitchens!) features a full-size stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully-stocked wwith a coffee bar, utensils, bakeware, cookware, knives, blender, mixer, pizza tray, fondue set, kids dishes, cleaning and pet supplies and paper products. There is service for 10 with additional extras. Coffee (ground and pods), tea, filters, and condiments are complimentary.

The home features an open concept layout with a dining table comfortably seating 8, ideal for enjoying a meal or playing board games. The living room has a 65" flat-screen smart TV, perfect to stream your favorite services. The room boasts expansive east-facing windows and glass doors, leading to a deck with a full-size gas grill, picnic table, lounge chairs and casual seating. At night, the deck railing is adorned with fairy lights, creating a cozy ambiance while you gaze at the expansive sky full of stars.

The primary bedroom with comfy king bed is upstairs in an open loft, offering stunning views of the mountains and tree line. Nearby, a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp, and wireless speaker, allow you to enjoy the same mountain views. High-speed internet makes this spot perfect for remote workers.

The attached full bath offers a bathtub with a luxurious rain shower head and plenty of cabinet storage. We provide: towels, bath tissue, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, ear plugs, eye masks, hand soap, body soap and trash bags.

The main level guest bedroom is equipped with a queen medium/firm mattress and a folding bed, queen-size air mattress, and a Pack n Play and a is available if needed.

Across from the guest bedroom is a bathroom with shower, and nearby, a door leads downstairs to the sunlit, walkout basement.

The basement offers a large 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed and a 3rd bathroom with shower. Here you'll find an additional full-size kitchen, living and dining space with large screen tv, air hockey table and plenty of games, making this the perfect spot to hang out, or for seprate groups and larger families. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the driveway, making it great for those looking for a step-free entrance.

Outside the front door, a stepped pathway leads to a cozy firepit with lots of Adirondack chairs. Nearby, hammocks provide the perfect spot to unwind and sway gently in the breeze. The area is lit with string lights, casting a warm and inviting glow, creating a cozy and magical atmosphere. Corn hole is available, and complimentary firewood is provided.

The home's well water is equipped with an extensive/expensive water filtration system which softens and neutralizes the water, providing clean, delicious, purified water for drinking and all other uses. No need to buy bottles of water here!
