Lovely stone country house + guest house on a 4-ha estate with pool & jacuzzi

We recently acquired the home of our dreams that we would like to rent out.
We have a four-hectare estate, with a 4000m² enclosed garden. Fruit trees adorn the lawn.
The house has three bedrooms (two rooms with double beds and one room with bunk beds for children), a bathroom with shower and WC, a separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living-dining room.
The guest house is 90 m² with a living room / dining room, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor. The upstairs consists of a dormitory style room with sloping ceiling, one double bed and three single beds.
Outside, you benefit from a large, covered terrace for outdoor dining, a terrace that continues towards a brazier, the jacuzzi and the swimming pool.
Linen and cleaning costs included for the first week, excluding pool towels. If your stay is longer and you would like additional linens and cleaning, we can organize it for a fee.
