We have a 40X20 saltwater pool that is not heated between 10/15 - 4/15.

The centerpiece of the property is a large in-ground saltwater pool, where you can swim, lounge, and soak up the mesmerizing desert views. Take a moment to relax and rejuvenate in the hot tub or unwind in the soothing heat of the Swedish dry sauna. To enhance your outdoor experience, refresh yourself under the clear blue sky with a revitalizing outdoor shower.

As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Roast marshmallows, make s'mores, and enjoy the company of your loved ones in a setting that transports you back to the days of pioneers in the old west and a sky show that never ends.

The house features two bedrooms and two baths, including a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious shower and deep soaking tub. The main house guest room provides a king bed, large closet, and plenty of storage space.

The pool house serves as the entertainment center of the property, with a fireplace, a large kitchen, a bathroom, a Swedish dry sauna, and an outdoor shower.

Inside, our home is exquisitely appointed with luxurious furnishings and modern amenities. The living areas are spacious and open, providing ample room for relaxation and unwinding. Comfortable bedrooms and plush bedding ensure a restful night's sleep, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready to embrace the wonders of the desert.

Our residence boasts a fully stocked kitchen, complete with cooking supplies, including olive oil, balsamic and red wine vinegar, and a selection of spices. We've also partnered with the local favorite, Joshua Tree Coffee Company, to provide you with their delicious coffee. In addition, you'll find top-of-the-line appliances such as a Vitamix blender, and multiple drip coffee makers, including a Bonavita. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with lovely dishes and cocktail sets, creating a delightful and aesthetic atmosphere for relaxation, cooking, and entertaining. Our accommodations are designed in an eclectic modern style, paying homage to the unique beauty of the high desert while prioritizing maximum comfort and visually inspiring details.

Each room and structure is equipped with AC/heating units (a desert luxury), allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference. The bathrooms are fully stocked with Turkish towels, washcloths, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryers, q-tips, and cotton pads, providing everything you need for a refreshing and rejuvenating experience.

The outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed for comfort and entertainment.
The pool house features a 20 x 40-foot heated saltwater pool, surrounded by various seating areas, poolside loungers, and spacious outdoor dining tables.

Guest Access:
The entire property is private to you and your guests.

Self check-in is offered with easy instructions.

The Neighborhood:
The high desert... it comes to life with it's own special magic. Fantastic sunrises and sunsets, desert critters including jack rabbits, tortoise, road runners and others call this place home.

You get total privacy and seclusion yet only a short drive to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance. So many other things to explore and do... rock climbing, mountain biking, dirt biking and ATV... killer vintage shops and great little restaurants. This is the spot where pioneers laid claims to a hotbed of gold mining and other Wild West ranch action.

You're only 10 minutes from Kitchen in the Desert... great food, drink and entertainment. 12 minutes to downtown 29 Palms and Campbell Hill Bakery, Groceries and all essentials are within 15 minutes.

Getting Around:
This is wide open desert landscape... you'll need a car to get to all destinations. We're a short drive from everything you'll need, include restaurants, groceries and of course, Joshua Tree National Park.

Other Things to Note:
We love dogs and happily welcome them! Please note, however, we do have a limit of 2 dogs and we charge a fee of $50 for the first pet and $25 for the second for the additional cleaning, wear and tear.
