The Space:
Located on the 3rd floor, this 1 bedroom unit has the best of what Gulf Shores has to offer! You are able to park behind the complex and have immediate access to the elevator. As you walk into the unit, the primary bedroom is located on the right. This room features a queen size bed, mounted smart TV with dish network, and large closet (extra pillows, blankets, hangers).

Walking down the hallway you will see the hallway bunks located on the left hand wall and the full bathroom/laundry room on the right hand wall. As you walk into the living space you will see the fully stocked kitchen on the right.

The kitchen also features a Culligan Osmosis System which provides filtered drinking water throughout your stay! No need to buy tons of bottled water, instead fill up your thermoses with filtered water!

The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, new countertops, new backsplash, new oven/stove/microwave, and new barstools!

The living room features a chair and large couch/sleeper for everyone to sit back and enjoy! The room features a large smart TV with dish network for everyone to enjoy their favorite TV shows/programs. Enjoy the brand new sleeper sofa and large chair to sit back after a long day at the beach!

Let's not forget those 3rd floor balcony views! Unobstructed beach views with direct balcony access from the living room!

Head downstairs to enjoy the large pool, seating area, bbq pits on the side of the complex, and the short direct walk to the beach!

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access everything inside of the unit and balcony! The bbq pits, pool, seating areas, parking lot, and beach access are for all guests at the complex!

The Neighborhood:
Grand Beach Resort is located next to some of the best Gulf Shores has to offer! Located directly next to the Gulf State Park/Wildlife, you can enjoy bike rides, joy walks, fishing, and more within short distance from the complex!

The main grocery stores and local favorite restaurants are only a few miles away with a quick drive to enjoy everything you need!

Getting Around:
Upon entering the complex, pull behind the building and park in any available parking spot. Each pass is $40, limited to 2 passes per unit.

There is a $40 parking fee per vehicle, limit to 2 parking passes per unit.
