Perched at the edge of the Myrtlewood Golf Club, this condo provides a bright and beautiful home base near the very best of Myrtle Beach. Enjoy immediate access to the golf course, several community pools on the grounds (including one within sight of your balcony), and a serene view to wake up to each morning.
This second-floor condo is located in Magnolia North, a community that places you just a mile from the beach. It's a tranquil and relaxing location but also a convenient one, with all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment within a short drive.
Begin each day with a cup of coffee outside on the balcony, taking in the view of the golf course, the pool, and the pond below. Back inside, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, including Samsung stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both a breakfast bar and an adjacent table.
After a day at the beach or on the links, come home to toss the day's clothes in the Whirlpool washer/dryer, settle in by the electric fireplace, and watch a favorite movie (on cable or streaming services) in the open, breezy living room. The bedroom has a smart TV of its own as well to lull you into a restful sleep each night. Additional features of the condo include complimentary WiFi and central air conditioning. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
