The house is all on one level. There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house.
➤ When you walk into the front door, the living room will be to your right. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and 2 sofas that convert into sleepers.
➤ Moving straight ahead you will walk into the dining room which has a table for 8 people.
➤ To the right of the dining room is the kitchen. There is a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker.
➤ To the right of the kitchen is the garage where the washer and dryer is available for guest use. As of now, parking is not available in the garage.
➤ To the back of the dining room is the covered patio. There is a dining for 4 outside along with a grill for guest use.
➤ On the left side of the dining room is the hallway to all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
➤ 2 of the 3 bedrooms are fitted with queen beds.
➤ One of these bedrooms is the master bedroom. It has its own TV, dedicated work area and private bathroom.
➤ The 3rd bedroom is fitted with a 3 twin xl beds.
➤ The master bathroom has a shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
➤ Guests are allowed to bring 2 pets (There is an additional $50 pet fee billed separately)
➤ The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we'll be able to unlock or lock it remotely.
Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the home and you shouldn't have a problem.
ARRIVING: Go to the front door and enter your guest-specific 4-digit code. Next, press the unlock/lock icon button and the door will unlock.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 P.M. The door code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly. If you've made a same day booking after 4:00 P.M., please allow for at least one hour between booking and arrival time for our lock system to sync with your guest specific code.
PARKING: There is free parking in the driveway and street.
LOCKS: Whenever you leave the property, simply press the lock icon button. Listen for the door to latch and test it to make sure it is secure. THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: There is a $50 charge for leaving the premises unsecured. Your departure will be at 11:00 AM on your checkout date.
OTHER EXTERIOR DOORS: There is no keys provided for the other exterior doors, but you will need to lock it from the inside before leaving. These doors include the patio door, the kitchen door that leads into the garage and the backyard door from the garage.
GARAGE: Guests will have access to the garage. As of now, parking is not available in the garage.
TV: The living room and the master bedroom feature a smart TV. You're welcome to access your personal subscription services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, and others. Just remember to sign out of your accounts before checkout to ensure the privacy of your subscriptions for future guests.
SMOKING: We are a NON-SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $750 fine and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
PETS: For approved pets, there is a $50 pet fee that covers up to 2 small dogs (under 50 lbs). 2 pets are the limit. Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. If unapproved pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee per unapproved animal. Please note that larger pets would be up to our discretion and that if approved, additional charges would apply.
EVENTS: Events are allowed, but only up to the maximum occupancy of the property (9 people). Any more than that is considered a "party". No parties allowed. Parties are defined by whether you have more occupants than the maximum occupancy of the property (9 people). Parties will incur a $250 fee. (Communicate with the Host to confirm more definitive terms.) Please be respectful of our neighbors concerning noise levels, especially after 10pm.
CLEANING FEES FOR LONGER STAYS: Stays over 14 days require mid-stay cleaning. When booking over 28 days, cleanings are required every 14 days. All stays have a built-in cleaning upon checkout.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: We strive to provide a seamless and high-quality experience for all our guests. To ensure that each stay meets our high standards, we have a dedicated cleaning and maintenance schedule that must be followed between reservations. For this reason, late check-outs are not permitted and early check-ins are rarely available. Our team works hard to prepare the property thoroughly, ensuring it is cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Allowing extra time for this process helps us maintain the comfort and quality you expect. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning your arrival and departure times accordingly. Guests who do not checkout by the scheduled checkout time will be subject to a $60 penalty. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a smooth experience for all guests.
When requesting the door code in the messaging center, please provide your email and the secret Code word: Crockett. This ensures that we know you've read the rules.
