Das Hotel liegt in der Wohnanlage von Ritz Pointe, einer der begehrtesten Adressen von Dana Point, nur wenige Schritte vom Monarch Beach Resort Hotel entfernt und in der Nähe eines privaten, abseits der Straße gelegenen Fußpfads zum Salt Creek Beach. Diese Wohnanlage verfügt über einen Pool, Meerblick Jacuzzi und Fitnessraum. Dieses 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Appartement verfügt über eine neu gestaltete Küche mit wunderschönen Kirschholz Schränke, Granit, neue Edelstahl Geräte. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Hotel-Qualität Matratzen, großen Flachbild-TV und einen privaten Balkon. Die Gäste-Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten mit hochwertigen Bettwäsche. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen ungewöhnlich großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und viel Stauraum für längere Aufenthalte. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten für 6, Kamin und großen Flachbild-Fernseher mit Premium-Kabelkanälen. Neue Türen und Fenster wurden vor kurzem installiert. Die erweiterte Balkon umschlingt die Wohnung vom Wohnzimmer ins Schlafzimmer und enthält eine Tabelle für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Die Waschküche hat eine neue Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Handtücher, Strandutensilien, Bettwäsche, Kochutensilien und alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigen bestückt. High-Speed Wi-Fi ist im Preis inbegriffen. Diese obere Ebene Einheit hat höhere Decken im gesamten, so dass ein offener, heller Umgebung. Ein motorisiertes Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer kann der Raum mit Sonne alles Licht auszusperren während des Tages und schloss per Fern gefüllt werden. Die Wohnung bietet einen kostenlosen Wi-Fi, erweitert Kabel und Netflix.

Diese Lage ermöglicht einfachen Zugang zu allen Attraktionen in Südkalifornien: Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, Legoland und Sea World sind nur eine kurze Autobahnfahrt entfernt. Another great condo at Ritz Pointe

Have stayed in this complex twice now. It is very quiet and perfectly located near the beaches and many restaurants. This particular condo is nice because it is in the top level which in this building configuration is on the 2 nd floor instead of on tthe 3 rd floor. The other condo we stayed in was also on the 2nd floor but had another level above. This one is nice because you don’t have the noise from people above you. The condo is clean and well appointed. The owner is very nice and responsive. We had one issue with the parking pass not having the correct dates, but Carla fixed it quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend this condo unit.

Dear Carla! Staying in your apartment is like staying home. Now I have one week left. I thought I let you know now. You are not just Super Host. You are Super Amazing Host. Anything I wish to find here. I do find. Oh I need a pen. Carla must have. And here it is. And many other instances. The best is of course the scotch tape with the turned corner. Maybe its not you. But its your spirit. I feel it. I rented many apartments all around the world. You are absolutely the best! God Bless You!

Requesting full refund! Construction occurred during entire visit

Our house flooded so we stayed in the VRBO out of necessity. There was a full model and reconstruction on three of the units below our condo during the entire visit. The noise level was extreme and the construction was absolutely horrible during our visit. I had to have hip replacement surgery, so I was unable to rest and relax with the noise and construction chaos. The property manager knew about the construction as well as the HOA. I spoke to several owners of the other units and they did not have permits nor did they have the clearance for mold. My 17-year-old daughter was sick during our entire one-month stay and I had to take her to urgent care. And she had terrible cough symptoms, respiratory issues, sore throat,. It was not a typical cold, and had to be put on a breathing device because of the conditions of the Vrbo. I have diagnosis and paperwork to support my claim. Additionally, I slept in the master bedroom and had strange bug bites completely covering my torso. I don’t know if there was bedbugs or not. I changed and washed and sanitized the sheets three times and it did not help. This unit should not have been represented by Vrbo nor should it have been rented at all. The construction is extreme and the day we checked out, December 4, Workers were coming in to re-pipe the entire unit. I have pictures and documentation to support my claim, and I am insisting on a full refund. This was a horrible experience for myself and my family.

Two Star Property in a Four Star Location

I've rented properties all over the US and several countries for nearly 20 years. I maintain a five-star guest rating on all rental sites. I treat rentals like my own home. I have stayed at the well-located Ritz Pointe complex a few times, but this was my first stay- and last - in this unit. My list of cleanliness grievances is long. I am a person who likes a tidy environment and who expects, when paying thousands of dollars to stay for a month, a higher standard of care and for it to include a much more impressive array of supplies (ie no kleenex, limited trash bags, no foil/baggies). The night I arrived, I had to run out to buy a battery for a beeping smoke detector. A supply should be in a drawer. The bathroom vent had an ungodly collection of thick black mold coming out of every vent opening. The ceiling fan on the vaulted ceiling above my bed was covered with thick dust that had accumulated for so long that it was clinging in globs all around the blade edges. No sane person would turn that on. In a room with a white duvet, you'd think that would be cleaned with each cleaning. I asked in advance about a blender because I make daily smoothies. When I located it and got ready to use it, I was greeted by slimy wet mold all over the inner parts. Ditto when I opened drawers to find measuring cups covered with mildew. I did ask for - and receive a new blender and a set of measuring cups/spoons. They were left at the door by the leasing agent who did not bother to let me know she had arrived (I was there) and so I could show her in person the photos I had sent. Most owners/agents bend over backwards to make sure they are available to guests. I was told I was unreasonable. I was promised the cleaning people would return the following day. I waited two hours for them. This is not a cleaning person problem. It is a lack of conscientiousness on the part of the leasing company to not check the place thoroughly and really oversee what needs to be done to keep a place in rentable condition. That means you do periodic deeper cleaning and check under furniture, under couch cushions, in drawers. Some former reviews posted about the lack of support in the couch. I was promised the cushions would be replaced. Not true. Carpets are screaming to be cleaned. Kitchen contents average at best. One pro. I was at least able to sleep because the master bed was comfortable. And I asked for and did receive my cleaning fee back. 4 star location; 2 star unit.

A great place but…

Accurate reflection of the write up and photos. It could do with a couple of upgrades. The sofa facing the wall TV unit in the living room is sagging. It’s been well used and most uncomfortable. The bathrooms too look old and could do with an upgrade. A walk in shower in one bathroom could help a great deal. Otherwise, a terrific place!

Very Nice Place

Stayed one month. Felt like home. 20 minute walk to the beach. Orangetheory, excellent sushi restaurant and cool coffee shop about a 10 minute walk. Heard neighbors in the middle of the night banging around a few times but for the most part very quiet

Best experience ever!

My stay here could not have been better! Because I was staying for a long term stay during covid, I wanted a place that was spacious and comfortable since I'm "home" more than I would like to be. The condo is beautifully furnished and well stocked. There's even a salad spinner, grater, cutting boards, and tupperware. I love the gas fireplace! The condo and community are very quiet which I love, The bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable as are the linens. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or long term stay.

Better than imagined

As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be a nice, relaxing stay. The property is beautiful and comes stocked with just about everything you need. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. It was easy to keep in touch with property manager for additional needs. They were great at communicating current events like parking changes etc. Would definitely stay again!!
