Summer House is high-rise in the heart of downtown Stamford featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga and barre studio, sun terrace, outdoor swimming pool, resident lounge, snack bar and more. Take the complimentary shuttle, or walk a short distance to the Metro-North Train station for a quick ride to NYC.

The Space:
An 807 sq. ft. bright and charming one-bedroom corner unit apartment. Enjoy the abundant natural light shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Guest Access:
After picking up your keys from the concierge, proceed to the elevators. On your keys you will find a brass tag with your apartment number on it. The first and/or second digit indicates your floor and the last 2 digits indicate your unit number (e.g. 1005 = Floor 10, Apt # 1005). You will find 2 keys on your key ring. Use the red key fob(not the one that says parking if applicable)to access your apartment by swiping it over the black box on the door handle. Please note to lock your apartment, you must swipe your fob on the reader. There will be a second set of keys left on the desk for you. The smaller key is for your mailbox, located in the lobby. Keep in mind, Main entrance doors will be locked 24 hours, please have fob at all times.
