Das Indiana Avenue Beach House steht nur reifen, verantwortungsbewussten und respektvollen Familien zur Verfügung. Unser Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist nicht für Partys bis spät in die Nacht geeignet.

Das Haus hat insgesamt fünf Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und vier Schlafzimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und das fünfte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten. Es gibt vier Vollbäder. Ein komplettes Badezimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und drei Badezimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock. Zwei der drei Badezimmer im zweiten Stock sind en suite und befinden sich innerhalb eines Schlafzimmers. Viel Platz für alle!

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir keinen großen Garten haben. Es gibt genug Platz für eine Partie Baggo, Hufeisen, Ringwurf usw. im Vorgarten oder im Seitengarten. Für Outdoor-Aktivitäten, die mehr Platz benötigen, befinden wir uns ganz in der Nähe von South Beach in South Haven und dem Kid's Corners Public Park. Nur um klar zu sein, wir haben keinen riesigen Garten. Was wir anbieten, ist die idealste Lage zwischen der Innenstadt von South Haven und dem Michigansee !!!

In Anbetracht der Größe und Lage ist das Indiana Avenue Beach House das perfekte Zuhause für den Sommerurlaub Ihrer Familie !!!

We visit South Haven every two years to enjoy time with our children and their families. The property we chose was great for the 10 of us. It is nice when each family can have their own bathroom and when there are many areas where we can mingle and play games

Great location, old mattress

Exactly as advertised, great location, large home. Its a old home thats been rehabbed, so while there is air conditioning, it doesnt circulate well in the upstair bedrooms and the main level is freezing. Another drawback is the mattresses are old and sag in the middle. The pillows are old as well. If you have issues with sleep this could be a problem.

South Haven Beach Home Rentals

We had a fantastic weekend getaway in South Haven thanks in large part to our wonderful host, Michael! From the very beginning, communication with Michael was excellent. He was prompt, informative, and answered all our questions thoroughly before our arrival. Upon arrival, the house was exactly as described and clean. It was the perfect space for our group of friends. Overall, our experience with Michael was top-notch. He made our stay in South Haven enjoyable and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael's property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. We'd love to book again for a future trip!

Fall Getaway

Everything was great! The house was very nice and clean. Lots of seating. Would be great for a summer stay for sure. It was very nice being in walking distance of the downtown restaurants. WiFi was available and easy to use. The ad did say the TV was a smart TV but it did not appear to be. There was a Firestick remote but no Firestick. That was really the only issue we had. It had lots of linens and fans in each of the bedrooms which was great. We were only there for 2 nights but it had everything you'd need for a longer stay.

Celebrating 70

Got together with high school girlfriends to celebrate all of us turning 70. Arrived at the Indiana house and every room was spotless and so comfortable. We all loved the kitchen that had everything we needed for us to cook. Loved sitting out on the deck enjoying Michigan fresh air. Short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Michael's rentals are well cared for and you will feel like you are at home. Highly recommend!

Great Labor Day weekend getaway

Awesome location, price wasn't a great value, but this was a bit of a splurge on a high volume weekend to make the trip easier given access to the beach/harbor for our family without needing to drive. Would stay again.

Family vacation 2023

The house was nice, we rented because it had 5 bedroons and 4 full baths to accommodate our family groups. We had 4 kids, so the 4 bunk beds were awesome. We had a water heater issue for most of visit, but there was an outside shower with hot water and the property owner is making good with us. Communication with the owner was great. This is a great house for family groups or just couples. Nice stocked kitchen and dishwasher. Short walk to Downtown and Beach. We had a wagon to haul stuff to the beach. Never had to drive if we didn't want to. Beautiful area(South Haven). I loved the kitchen! Nice bath towels too.

Amazing location!

Michael was a gracious host. The house is in a darling part of the town. You can walk to the town for dinner, shopping, and treats. You can see the boats from the street! Lovely property and was perfect for our needs.

Perfect location and for 2 Families

The 9 of us enjoyed the beautiful house and its location near the beach, harbor, and town. You truly can’t beat this location! It’s an easy walk to all three. The kitchen was large enough to be cooking meals for 9 with lots of helpers. It’s pretty well stocked. We also used the nice gas grill twice. There was plenty of room to be together for the Ohio State football game on the extra large L couch. There were enough tables/areas that some could be playing a board game while others played euchre and others did homework. The beds were just so so. The showers had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of good towels. Each room had a fan if needed for white noise or hot flashes! The AC worked great. The owner was extremely nice and helpful with good communication. He even allowed us to check out later since no one was right behind us.

Great location and communication with host!

Perfect location! Both downtown South Haven and beach area within walking distance. Michael was dry communicative throughout the whole process which made check in and out very easy. House had a nice kitchen and large living areas to accommodate the whole family.

Lovely well equipped home close to everything! Short walk to the beach, splash pad, playground or downtown. The older members of our group really enjoyed the porch and the kids loved being close to everything. Great for kids and adults!

Great location, super clean property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was 3 minutes to town and 10 minutes to beach. Place was super clean and easy check out process. Michael was very accessible and quick to respond. Would stay again. Would recommend you bring your critical beach stuff as nothing available on property and storage is limited.

Great location

Our family stayed here for a week and a had a great stay. The location is perfect - very short walk to both downtown and the beach. There’s even an easy path to the beach nearby without stairs so it’s easy for strollers. Has a great kitchen for cooking and lots of parking which is nice. Communicated quickly and easily with host to answer any questions I had. Thanks for a great stay!

We live in the north suburbs of Chicago however we feel South Haven is our home away from home. We can not say enough great things about the community and the people of South Haven. We both have very demanding schedules and spending time together in South Haven allows us to focus on each other and our four children.

It seems with most beach towns in Southwest Michigan, if you stay at the beach, you have to drive in to town. Conversely, if you stay in town, you have to drive to the beach. South Haven offers the ability to walk to both. The South Beach and downtown area are only a short three block walk from the Indiana Avenue Beach House. Life is good and the living is easy!

We enjoy the easy access to the South Beach as well as the less than five minute walk to downtown South Haven. Once the groceries are purchased, there is no need for your car again. We have said it so many times but it is true... once you come to South Haven, it feels as though all of life's struggles seem to be lifted. We hope you are able to experience the same feeling! A great set up for additional family or your best friends but you still have your own private space!!!
