Das Haus ist mit einer Außenterrasse von über 250 Quadratmetern ausgestattet, die alle den Blick auf den See, das Salzwasser-Kieselbecken und eine eigene Anlegestelle bietet. Wenn Sie Ihr Boot starten müssen, sind wir praktisch direkt gegenüber vom Plantation Marina!

The location and neighborhood were beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The pool was clean and a pleasure!The home was in need of a deep cleaning. We were welcomed by roaches on the bedroom floor and spiders and spiderwebs in every corner of the house (inside and outside). The furniture on the balconies were old, broken, and dirty. The furniture by the pool was old, broken, and dirty. Every corner of the house has hornets and wasp nest, so they are everywhere. The windows and outside of the home was in desperate need of pressure washing. None of the tvs worked in the bedrooms. The hallway upstairs had a damp moldy smell. Not all of the lights worked, even though they are labeled. On SUNDAY morning, while enjoying the lake and pool with the family, a guy begins mowing the grass and blowing debris to clear the pool area. He did not say excuse me as dirt and debris flew in our face. So for over an hour we had the pleasure of a loud lawnmower and blower. He left all the dead plants and flowers in their broken pots scattered on the balcony and pool deck.Overall, no one has been to that property and cleaned it in years. Their cleaning crew must only wash bedsheets and make the beds. Beyond disgusting and they should be embarrassed!

Golf getaway

Terrific home & host! Steve (host) went above and beyond to help ensure our group had a great time. This home has an amazing setting/view and comfortably fit 8 of us. Great long weekend and would definitely return.

Incredible house and setting! We filled the house with our family reunion crowd and everyone loved it, especially having the pool right there and being right on the water. Steve/owner was great to work with. Hope we can get everyone together there again next year.

Family Vacation

The location for us was perfect. With family members in Florida, North Carolina and Michigan, it was a reasonable drive for all. With grand kids ages 9,7,3,2,1, and 4 months, there was space and activities for all. The little ones enjoyed the pool and the older ones could jump off the dock into the lake. there were places you could go for quiet time and places for all to gather. The pontoon boat was a big hit and gave us more options of things to do. Steve the owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to all of our questions. We loved it and are already booked for next year again.

Oconee Lake house

This house was the perfect house for a large family gathering -lots of space, large kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of natural lighting. Many of the beds were very comfortable. The pool is an added bonus. Kitchen was stocked with many utensils. We would recommend this house to friends.!

My Family enjoyed a wonderful week on the lake in a Fabulous home! The house is very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was heaven for the children and adults. The dock is great and we were able to tie up our boat with no problems. Highly recommend and we are going back next year!

Fabulous Stay-Beautiful Property

Our family looked for a property on a lake that would accommodate 15 people comfortably, with common areas for games, meals, and play; a property that gave toddlers room to roam in safety, a pool in which to splash, and other options for summer fun. This property fit all of those requirements. We had a fabulous time! The owner gave us access to a boat at a reasonable charge and was very accessible when we had questions. We haven't debriefed as a family, but my hunch is that we would love to return!

It was perfect!

Wonderful house for our family gathering, everyone had lots of space and beds. The LR was amazing with loads recliners in front of the fireplace, best gathering spot out side of the amazing outdoor decks. Kids had a great time fishing off the dock. And the view of the lake....beautiful! Both owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with. A really beautiful spot and a great house, hope to visit again. Great Lake house

We had a group of 12 ranging from 70 to 9 and the house was comfortable and spacious. Tons of seating and eating areas for everyone. Beautiful community and endless lake views! Steve was great to work with and always there to answer questions quickly.

Originally from the Midwest (St. Louis) and my wife Kathy is from Saginaw Michigan. We have moved all over the U.S. due to my sales job in wholesale apparel.

We LOVE being on the water, outdoor activities, especially golf, boating, fishing and world traveling! Kathy loves France, and was a French Professor at the University of North Carolina. When we both retired, we became travel agents working for "Specialty Cruise and Villas". Needless to say, we have experienced visiting numerous countries . Our Favorites are: France, Italy, New Zealand, Australia, and St. Barts. Small Ship cruising is my biggest thrill. ( 200 passengers or less ).

I love being a host and have done so now for over 20 years. My goal is to make sure that families or businesses that rent my property want to come back again. And my repeat customers are over 60 %.

We love the community and the peacefulness of the area. Our lake property is located in a very quiet area on the lake and our 500 feet of lakefront makes the backyard a playground to enjoy !
