This spacious second floor villa features an open floorplan with loads of natural light flooding in through the expansive windows and sliding glass doors. The living area features comfortable sofa and accent seating to accommodate the whole family, a custom fireplace with a mounted flatscreen TV for your entertainment, and easy access to the private outdoor deck for a true island-style vacation.
Just off the living area is the designated dining space with seating for six and an additional sitting area on the screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or gathering around for family dinners. The full kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a full laundry area with a washer and dryer set, as well as convenient bar seating for three.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, a TV to watch your favorite shows, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with a custom glass shower and double vanity.
The guest bedroom offers two Twin size beds, a TV for entertainment, and a full attached bathroom with a glass shower that connects to the main living area. Upon request, these two Twin beds can be bolstered together to make a King. Please contact our office for details!

Pet Policy: One small non-shedding dog of 35lbs or less is permitted for an extra charge of $250 + tax per week or stay if it's less than 7 nights. Dog must be at least 1 year of age. Please indicate size and breed at the time of booking. No other pets allowed. Pet fee is not calculated at the time of booking and will be added to your reservation once it comes through.
Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars in the parking lot.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
