East Beach Cottage: 4 Houses off Beach, Free Golf Cart

Recently renovated with a free golf cart for travel to the beach! The location is superb being four houses from the beach and six houses from the Bloody Marsh. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and East Beach offers sand and beach at high and low tide. Walk or bike all around the area for relaxing trip that will renew your soul. This cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, dining bar, laundry area, a screened porch, back deck and a private yard.

This home is 4 houses to the beach and on the best beach access on East Beach. The Sixth St. access is an easy walk, golf cart or bike ride to the water. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for 2 small families, 1 large family, or a friend's gathering. Golf Cart is electric, travels at 14 mph and is not intended to travel outside of the East Beach neighborhood. The golf cart is provided at no additional charge and is included as a courtesy to enhance your stay. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be issued in the event of a golf cart malfunction.

Entire house, front and back lawn and parking areas are provided with the rental.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy. Please pick up after your pet, the deposit does not pay for our housekeepers to clean up the yard.
