This charming home is located in the beautifully maintained community of Bay Point. We have four bedrooms with six beds and 2.5 bathrooms. Relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation with family & friends at our beautiful renovated home close to Disney World. Our house has a private - south-facing pool, hot tube/spa & a fully equipped kitchen. We also have nice single beds, bunk beds, and a game room for kids. We are close to all attractions, theme parks, restaurants, gift shops, & malls.

Living room:
Fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest of standards to ensure a really luxurious holiday, the open-plan living room opens directly to the pool deck and features a 50-inch Flat Screen tv with cable, Free Wireless Internet. With ample seating on comfortable sofas, this room is light and airy, a place for grown-ups to relax.

Kitchen and dining room:
The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast/dining area and has upgraded appliances including a microwave, fridge-freezer with ice & water dispenser on the outside of the door, coffee maker, blender, waste disposal unit, and dishwasher.
Prepare a special romantic dinner and enjoy it in the luxury of the formal dining room or outside in the covered Lanai with the lights reflected in the lake and on the pool. Or catch the morning sun through the sliding door in the breakfast area. A separate laundry area houses the automatic washing machine and tumble drier.

Bedrooms:
Each of the 4 bedrooms, all with televisions, has been individually furnished to a high standard, with an en-suite, walk-in shower; bathtub, and come complete with high-quality bed linen and towels. The house boasts two King bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, luxury shower cubicles, hairdryers, and wash basins. Another blue bunk bed bedroom for boys. The remaining pink bedrooms have twin beds for little girls. One of these is upstairs, located on the first floor, thus making it an ideal self-contained retreat for families.

Game room and Outside space:
While the children or the young at heart play in the air-conditioned games room, furnished with couches with a football table and basketball. For the older children & Dad, the Football Table will keep them amused in the evenings while Mum enjoys a cocktail while relaxing in the pool.
The pool faces south so that it catches the sun for the whole day. If you prefer to relax in the shade we have a large covered lanai with lounge furniture just waiting for you to sink down at the end of a long day at the parks. The perfect place for casual entertaining and alfresco pool-side living. The whole area is enclosed by a mesh screen to enable you to enjoy entertaining and the illuminated pool and spa late into the evening, without ever having to worry about flying insects.

You love them and are excited to enjoy your time there, but what if, unfortunately, you lose a house that you just couldn't book in time?
The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.
After 8 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night.
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.
BBQ:$45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
- Heated pool: $45/day for the full stay if booked in advance/before your stay. Suppose booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.

The pool water will be chilly in the morning during cold nights until possibly early afternoon. The pool heat won't turn the pool into a hot tub, but it will keep the water warm and usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heating fee is not refundable.
We understand that very well and have organized a house system in the same resort. You can enjoy your time in the house you love, you would like to stay at, or even rent another place in the same resort for your big group. It's so amazing.
In general, you have many choices in your hands.
Before you check-in, we will send you a guest agreement. you have to sign it before you arrive.
We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.
The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house.
We have security camera in front of the house. So you mustn't cover the security camera . We have to cancel your stay if you cover ring camera and we won't refund.
