This understated hillside home offers three floors of beautiful views and cozy living space. Located in a rural like quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park and just a short drive from downtown Estes Park, Grandma's Mountain Getaway lives up to its name.


Guests can play games in the lower level at the casino-style card table. The lower level also has a full-size futon. The futon is big enough for two small children or one adult. It may not be comfortable for adults.

Upstairs is the main level, with the living and dining area, kitchen, full bathroom and a Queen bedroom. The living area features cozy couches and a flat-screen TV, in addition to large picture windows that showcase million-dollar view of the Rockies.

The kitchen has full-size appliances and all the necessary cooking essentials. A door leads out of the kitchen onto the wraparound deck, where guests can enjoy even more mountain views.

The third floor features a Full/Double bedroom directly across from a King bedroom. Both bedrooms share the full bath in the hallway, and each bedroom boasts amazing views out their respective windows.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$100 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$100 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $100, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)

- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
