Hallett Peak 101 is a rustic 2BR/2BA condo with views of Mary's Lake and the Rocky Mountains. The open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas allow for easy family time, featuring full-size appliances, comfy couches, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The living area also cleverly conceals a queen-size Murphy bed.

The laundry room is conveniently located in a closet off the kitchen. The guest bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private full bath. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and its own private full bath with a jetted tub and shower combo. Please note both beds are tall beds.

Accommodating up to six people, Hallett Peak 101 is the perfect mountain home away from home. Book your stay today!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. SkyRun is not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Mary’s Lake Condominiums.

We did a women’s trip to climb Longs Peak. Location was great to the trailhead and to Estes. Clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Great place for our family of five
We absolutely loved the location of this condo. It allowed for a very quick entry into the park without having to buy the Estes crowds. It was a great size for our family to have just enough space. The pool closed early every night we were there which was a bummer for our kids, but we recognize that this reflects on the HOA, not this property.

Great property close to the park!
This was the perfect place to stay for our family trip to Rocky Mountain national Park. It was less than 10 minutes to the park entrance, and we loved the pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking. It was nice and quiet at night too. Will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area.

A very nice property for stay in Rocky Mountain National Park
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a nice condo with above average leather furniture, hardwood floors, kitchen area, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a big "fall out" couch. My wife and I and our three sons (all adult size) were very comfortable. Two of my boys bunked up in one of the queens (it may have been a king), and the other boy slept in the bed that falls out of the wall, which is a king size bed with a mattress on a spring. No uncomfortable bars like you get on a sofa pull out. The location is excellent, less than 10 minutes from downtown Estes Park and overlooking Mary's Lake. The views were awesome (as they are almost anywhere in the park). A few of the days we had elk and mule deer practically outside the front door. A short drive up route 7 and you are at Lilly Lake which is a beautiful spot and an easy hike around the lake with great views all around. There were a few negatives but very minor: one of the bathrooms is very small and has the smallest sink I've ever seen. Only thing you can really do with that sink is a quick rinse of the hands. There is another condo building being constructed so just be aware it impacts the views and vibe just slightly. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to dispose of recyclables. It's 2022, how can this be? But again these are minor things. We loved our stay - not a huge condo but a very nice one in great shape and perfect for what we needed in our 5 night stay.

Wonderful Stay! Great Location to RMNP!
This condo is exactly what we expected. Two of my boys slept on the murphy bed and thought it was very comfortable. The king beds in each of the bedrooms were great! Kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals. The location was perfect for daily hikes in RMNP. Very close!

What was needed
We stayed here during a family trip for a weekend of overlap when there wasn’t room for all of the extended family. It was chosen due to proximity to the other rental. Two bedrooms with king size beds plus a Murphy bed. Bathrooms are small but get the job done. Kitchen was serviceable. Main living area was tight mostly due to oversized furniture that was arranged oddly. We didn’t spend much time there as our goal was to be with extended family in the park and Estes but it filled our needs. The entry was tough to find. Parking near the entry was essentially nonexistent so we had to park in a different area and use a long set of stairs to walk to it. The back porch was a nice extra but furniture wasn’t very clean/enticing. There was a makeshift wall separating it from neighboring unit that had a very large outside area that actually connected to the overflow parking area. Would have been nice if this wall was eliminated or if there was assigned parking spots for each unit near their entry point. Again, it met our needs but wouldn’t stay there for an extended stay particularly with costs and “hidden” fees attached to overnight rates given the limited space.

We enjoyed the view from our Condo. It could have been a little cleaner. There were sheets but no blankets for the Murphy bed. The hot tub was cold and dirty. We arrived after dark and spent 2 hours looking for our unit. It is very difficult to find. Poor directions. We finally reached staff by phone. She told us very quickly how to fine the unit. Directions should be re-done. Overall we enjoyed the stay and location. There is a wall air conditioning unit in the living room. It can get a bit stuffy. They do supply several fans. Nice view and quiet area.

Fabulous Condo with Fabulous Views.
The property is in an extremely scenic area within about 10min to the main Estes Park Area. The views from the back balcony are incredible. We had a little trouble Locating it at first and the manager was available right away to assist. Then I do is spacious and cozy with nice fireplace. Highly recommend and we’d stay again.

Cozy Getaway Cabin
There were some reservation snafus just before we arrived that meant we had to change which property we were staying in. Carol was fantastic in communicating and finding us a new space. The views were gorgeous and the cabin had everything we could need, we loved the fireplace! And it even snowed while we were there giving us the perfect experience.
