This beautiful cozy cabin is the perfect mountain getaway. Located near downtown Estes Park you will enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping and restaurants. You're also near Rocky Mountain National Park Lumpy Ridge Trailhead with bountiful wildlife, sight-seeing, and hiking opportunities. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your deck enjoying nature and mountain view, and maybe see local elk meandering through the property.

The cabin is quaint and rustic with Rocky Mountain charm. There is also a full size sleeper sofa for extra guests in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy a home cooked meal. The bedroom has a King bed, with DISH Satellite TV. WiFi is provided for in-house entertainment. You will fall in love with the outside living area/deck area where you can soak in the beauty of nature and wildlife.

This cabin is in the perfect location to enjoy all of Estes Park's beauty as well as its downtown life.

Please keep these things in mind: this is a rustic area with unimproved roads, low clearance, and you will need 4 wheel or AWD drive in snow and ice. No indoor or outdoor fires are allowed.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

- Rustic area, low clearance rough roads 
- 4 stairs up to Deck, 2 steps into the Master Bedroom
- 4WD or AWD needed in inclement weather
- NO use of the fireplace. NO OUTSIDE FIRES
- NO A/C, NO Dishwasher, NO Washer/Dryer
- Parking for 2 cars in driveway
- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
- No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply.
- Quiet Time 7p.m.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA or SkyRun depending on property, at 4 inches of new snow.
