Welcome to The Cäz, a newly renovated and unique brownstone in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant. Our cozy and inviting townhome apartment brims with original details and modern amenities, this is a space that truly combines comfort and charm.

The central air ensures your comfort in all seasons, while the in-unit washer/dryer adds a touch of practicality to your stay. The outdoor space, which I also enjoy, beckons with its promise of relaxation. Waterfall, lounging chairs, a grill, and a fire pit set the scene for wonderful evenings.

Our recently upgraded kitchen is a highlight, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural light. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances create an inviting atmosphere for culinary adventures. Here, you'll find a Keurig Coffee machine ready to brew your favorite cup.

Inside, the apartment accommodates up to two guests comfortably. A queen-size bed provides a peaceful night's rest for two, and the fold-out couch offers sleeping space for two more. High-speed WiFi ensures you're always connected, and two 42" TVs allow you to access your preferred streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney +, and HBO.

While you're here, take advantage of the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. No need to worry about laundry during your stay. And when you're ready to unwind, the backyard awaits your leisure. It's the perfect escape after a day exploring the vibrant streets of New York City.
