Downstairs Kids Room offers 3 Single Beds with a Pull-Out Sleeper on Wheels, plus a Single Trundle with Pull-out Sleeper on Wheels. A foldable Baby Crib on wheels w/ mattress and sheets is folded & stored in this room as well. Sleeps 5 + baby in total.
Downstairs Private Bedroom with King Bed & Make-up Vanity sleeps 2.
Downstairs Private Bedroom with Queen Bed sleeps 2.
Upstairs ~ 4 King Beds + 1 Queen Bed each in private room sleeps 10.

This home features 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests.
With a spacious parking lot accommodating up to 15 vehicles (size dependent), convenience and ample space are guaranteed.
The entire grounds are exclusively yours during your stay. This includes a 2000 square foot turf area, newly-laid paver driveway, stunning backyard with city views and the entire 3000 square foot home.
Guests receive private instructions for accessing the property, and the host is reachable via phone or text for any concerns. Please be sure to visit “check-in instructions” prior to contacting host with any questions. All information is automatically provided 24 hours prior to your check in!
Non-emergency issues after business hours will be addressed the following business day. In case of emergencies, call 911.
For assistance after 9:00 PM or on holidays, please allow the host until the next morning to respond. If unable to reach the host, contact VRBO directly.
We prioritize being respectful members of our community and strictly enforce house rules and local ordinances, including occupancy limits and quiet hours. Noise levels must be kept low at ALL TIMES to ensure a positive experience for guests and neighbors.
We have a long driveway with neighbors on both sides. Please avoid congregating in the driveway and in the street. The huge front yard and parking lot is private but there are neighbors all around us, please be respectful and refrain from playing loud music from vehicles, yelling or screaming at all hours.
Violations of rules or complaints may result in fines, forfeiture of security deposit, or immediate eviction. Guests violating noise ordinances may face a $500 fine, along with potential city-imposed fines up to $10,000 per violation.
This notice is issued by the host, property owner, booking platform, Los Angeles Police Department, and City of Los Angeles to comply with local ordinances and maintain a pleasant environment for all. Thank you for understanding. Again, this is not a party house.
We aim to swiftly resolve issues, but do not provide refunds or compensation for temporary appliance outages, power/internet loss, or non-functioning pool heaters due to inclement weather.
Respectful conduct is essential in this residential neighborhood. Please refrain from late-night loud noise disturbances, especially on weeknights. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per local ordinances.
Please note there is absolutely no cigarette smoking allowed inside of any of the interior spaces. There will be an additional cleaning fee assessed for cigarette stench left inside the house.
Weekly maintenance visits by our gardener and pool technician ensure the property remains in top condition. They have exterior access only, with no entry to the interior of the home.
Gardener visits occur on Monday's and Thursday's, subject to change based on holidays and weather conditions. Gardener shows up Wednesday or Thursday to take trash bins to the street for Friday trash pick up.
Pool maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday's and Friday's, subject to the same considerations.
Our cleaning fee covers essential services including sanitation, gardening, pool maintenance, heated pool/spa, property upkeep, parking, laundry facilities, toiletries, towels, and utilities. This fee is non-negotiable.
Rules that are strictly enforced are primarily in consideration of our neighbors. No parties, no DJs, or amplified speakers allowed. Please refrain from screaming or yelling, please do not block any driveway including access to this home, and please do not congregate near neighboring homes.
While we love four leg’d little friends, we ask that you enjoy this property without them :(
