While you’re here, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy FREE activities every day for stays of 28 nights or less, including Biltmore, Skiing, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, and Timber Axe Throwing.
Our contemporary home is designed with your comfort in mind. The well-appointed kitchen is ideal for socializing while preparing meals, and the dining area comfortably seats six guests. The living area boasts a large 60 inch Smart TV that is perfect for movie nights, and each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV for catching up on your favorite shows.
The Firefly House is a remote work friendly environment that offers a dedicated workspace and blazing fast 1 Gig Wi-Fi for digital nomads and business travelers alike. Each of the three inviting bedrooms is furnished with a queen-size bed and a high-end memory foam mattress, ensuring restful nights after days of exploring Asheville 's vibrant attractions.
Step onto the large back deck and savor the fresh mountain air while lounging, grilling, or dining al-fresco under the softly glowing lights. Gather with loved ones in the backyard, which includes a stylish, built-in fire pit with ample seating for everyone; a comfortably furnished gazebo equipped with power outlets and plenty of space for Cornhole games.
Conveniently located near a myriad of outdoor activities, our home is a haven for nature enthusiasts. The Blue Ridge Parkway beckons with breathtaking views and hiking and biking trails, while the nearby Botanical Gardens at UNCA offer a tranquil escape. And just 3 minutes away, will be the future world-class Whitewater Wave Park, which is expected to open later this year!

The neighborhood is a mostly owner-occupied community that embraces its privacy and tranquility. Please note that this is not a party house, nor is it an area that will tolerate excessive noise. Please be considerate of the neighbors. QUIET HOURS are between 10PM - 9AM.
The large driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Street parking is not available, and vehicles parked on the street will be towed. The owner may be onsite occasionally to work in an office that is in a separate building on the property.
No shoes are to be worn inside the house, as the red soil will stain the rugs and carpet.
There is a boot tray or shoe rack inside each door. No more than 6 people are to be on the property at any time.
