Early/Late Check-in/Check-out Fees:
→ Early check-in from 10am-3pm will incur a fee of $75
→ Early check-in before 10am will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates)
→ Late check-in after 9pm will incur a fee of $75
→ Late check-out from 11am-3pm will incur a fee of $75
→ Late check-out after 3pm will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates)
→ Late check outs must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
Due to local regulations, all guests may be subject to a credit and background check. Proof of income may also be required. Failure to complete this check or not meeting minimum requirements may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Early and late check-ins and check-outs are subject to an extra fee.
