I am disappointed but learned a lesson from experience

The property was as almost as described, with the exception of the bathrooms, no toilet paper and soap provided of any kind. Both bathrooms needed some updating; the bathtubs need to be totally replaced. shower rod in hallway bathroom was completely rusted, main bedroom bathroom tub needs replacing and there was a sewer smell that couldn't be resolved even with sanitizing spray. I shared my concerns with the property and told them that the bathroom did not match the picture sent to me. I also provided pictures to show the property. I was told I should had told them, and wasn't offered anything back for the inconvenience. My fault? All their deficiencies should had been checked prior to my arrival. I am disappointed with their lack of care, and with myself for believing what I was sent was all true. The floors were swept but not totally clean. My Socks became dirty quick. Location at night can be dangerous, as there are not a lot of lights traveling to and from various stores, I wasn't aware of this. If you are not a night driver, I wouldn't recommend as there are a lot of drop-off and not well-lit Based upon my experience with the property, I will not recommend.

Very nice area yet we were missing some essentials

We came out as a group of 5 people for the weekend. The apartment was nice, bathrooms and kitchen are little outdated with very loud AC unit. There were two waters and two K-cups of coffee provided, no dishwashing liquid, only one pod for the dishwasher, no basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper) and no toilet paper back up. Property is nice in quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back but host definitely has room for improvements.
