Unit #13 is an upstairs condo (no elevator) & is a large one bedroom unit with plenty of space! The bedroom has two comfortable Queen beds in it. Our oversized bedroom closet is great for storage & hanging clothes, and our hall closet has beach accessories, extra towels & some toys for the littles. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including microwave, dishes, silverware plus a starter supply of paper products.

The open Living room hosts a large comfortable couch to relax on and watch the flat screen TV or surf the internet. In addition, we provide a work station/desk for those who need to catch up on work while in Florida!

We offer 2 night minimum stays so it's perfect if you're needing a day or two before or after one of the many Cruises out of Port Canaveral. Check in is completed by self check-in....so you can come & go as early or late as you need. We have a co-host that we work with who lives on the premises for check in/check out (if needed ), emergency needs, or assistance. However, we are available via email or phone. There is One designated parking spot close to the unit.

The location is perfect! Not only are you just 200 ft from the sandy beach, but you also have so many other Cocoa Beach favorites close by. Downtown Cocoa Beach has a great variety of shopping and attractions including Ron Jon's Surf Shop, restaurants and more. Cocoa Beach Pier is less than 1 mile away. 2 miles to the Manatee Sanctuary Park and 3 miles to Port Canaveral. The Kennedy Space Center is only 20 miles away. The condo complex sits 26 miles south of Titusville and 25 miles north of Melbourne. The area hosts numerous wildlife parks and reserves. Plus Walt Disney World, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studio, Harry Potter World , and many more attractions are just 70 miles away. You couldn't ask for a nicer location.

The streets are walker/biker friendly with plenty of bike paths along the road. Driving around is nice and easy. The area also offers bus and taxis services.
