The highlight of this property is a private one-of-a-kind lazy river pool that can be heated or cooled upon request for a fee. Soak in the hot tub. In the center island of the pool is a complete, full-size, island outdoor kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, TV, WIFI, serving bar, and lounge area. The area includes a barbeque grill, sun loungers, a bathroom, a heated outdoor shower, a small sandy beach, a sandy play area, outdoor games, a swing set, and a kayak launch.

Private parking is behind the house for up to 3 cars and a boat trailer.

There is ground and 2nd-floor video monitoring for your safety and security. There are no video cameras on the 3rd floor or directed into the home or any structure.

Once the sun goes down in Florida, retreat to four inviting bedrooms with comfortable beds to help you recharge after a long day of Florida Keys adventures.

★ HEATED OR COOLED POOL ★

It can take several days to either heat or cool the pool. Please request this ahead of time so that you may enjoy the pool immediately. We recommend heating from November through April. July and August are the hottest months and the pool can easily rise to 90 degrees or higher. While this isn’t too hot for most, it can be too hot for some. Contact us 1 to 2 weeks ahead of time to inquire about the current temperature of the
pool.

★ OCEAN SIDE CANAL DOCK ★

Enjoy private access to 70 feet of dock for your boat or jet skis with electricity and fresh water as well as parking for a boat trailer.

★ OBSERVATION DECK ★

On the fourth-floor landing, there is an observation deck with seating. The 360-degree view from 42 feet high is breathtaking! See the Atlantic Ocean, a bit of the Gulf of Mexico, and all around including a great place to watch the sunrise or the sunset over the landscape of the city.

The Neighborhood:

The house is nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood in Marathon, less than 5 minutes from local stores, restaurants, marine stores, and beaches. The neighborhood is home to many colony cats being cared for by Forgotten Felines of the Florida Keys and the neighborhood's residents. Most cats are friendly and will be lounging around in the hopes of a treat. One of these cats, named Night, lives in the backyard and is friendly.
