Stellen Sie sich vor Sie den Tag auf dem neuen Deck aus dem Master-Schlafzimmer beginnen einen spektakulären Sonnenaufgang über dem Hafen. Nur über die Straße ist Stadtstrand mit Bademeister, Badesteg, Schaukeln, ein Badehaus und der perfekte Ort, um ein Stück Glas Meer zu finden. Oder einen Spaziergang durch das charmante Dorf genießen, in historischen Häusern aus dem 18. und 19. Jahrhundert Walfang und Schiffbau Tage. Wenn Sie sich fit fühlen, machen Sie eine Radtour zu Fairhaven auf dem Radweg oder einen Lauf zu Neds Punkt-Leuchtturm. Es gibt auch Bootfahren, Sightseeing, Tennis, Golf, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants - ist der Tag bei Ihnen! Sie können sich zurück und genießen Sie die Meeresbrise auf dem neuen Rundum-Veranda treten wollen. Unsere restaurierte 1800er Wagen Haus hat viel Platz für Paare, Familien und Gruppen zu entspannen und wieder an. Der offene Grundriss bietet mehrere Sitzecken im Inneren sowie Waterviews und viele Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Veranda, Terrasse und Innenhof. Wir bemühen uns, unsere Gäste mit zu bieten, was sie brauchen für einen schönen Urlaub: Fahrräder, Liegestühle, Kühler, neue Gas-Grill, Bücher, Spiele, Wi-Fi und Informationen über lokale Restaurants und schlug vor, Tagesausflüge.
Das Haus zentrale A / C, viele große Licht aus den Fenstern und Dachfenster, Holzfußböden, eine große, gut ausgestattete Wohnküche. Der Esstisch sitzt bequem acht. Die erste Etage Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Das Obergeschoss Master mit Kingsize-Bett genießt Waterviews, ein eigenes Badezimmer und private Terrasse. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, jeweils mit einem Doppelbett, teilen sich ein "Jack und Jill" Bad. Sanierungen sind neu gestrichenen Wänden, Zierleisten, Türen und Decken, neue Leuchten, Einbauleuchten, neue Fenster, neue Dachfenster, neue Türen, neue Teppiche und Möbel. Es ist ein voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner für die Gäste ein weiteres WC zu benutzen, und eine große Wohnung Hof zum Entspannen oder spielen Familienspiele. Unsere Outdoor-Dusche ist eine Familie Favorit!
Wir sind nur wenige Schritte vom Shipyard Park und die wichtigsten Stadt Kais, wo Sie Bootfahren, am Mittwochabend Band Konzerte, Festivals, Restaurants, ein Geschäft, das Eis slip, Spa, Geschäfte und ein historisches Museum zu finden. Beautifully Renovated Beach House Enjoyed by All

Jeff and Lauren, Your home exceeded all expectations. It was warm, inviting and spacious. The main level open floor plan flowed nicely and was conducive to entertaining. The quirkiness of the half bath and laundry/mud room added much charm. The color scheme throughout your home was beautiful and calming. The new additions were spectacular. The new wrap around deck added so much space to be enjoyed by all. The view off of the new master bedroom deck was breathtaking. The addition of dormers in the upstairs bedrooms gave you a lot more square footage. We were able to put up port a cribs no problem at all and still had ample space to move about. All rooms were just lovely. Your home was the best stocked and most equipped house we have ever stayed in. I had brought many essentials ( extra t.p., paper towels, kitchen and trash bags etc.) and needed none of them. I also had packed wine glasses and left them in the car. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of plates, silverware and yes wine glasses. There was absolutely everything you could possibly need. We felt welcome from the moment we reached out to you to rent your home and felt like family once we arrived. The welcome note and wine were a lovely gesture. We loved our stay and plan on returning very soon for a couples golf getaway. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful Week in Mattapoisett!

Three generations of our family enjoyed a wonderful week in Mattapoisett. The house easily accommodated our large family along with a small dog and the owner was very responsive to all inquiries we had. The large yard and spacious porches provided lots of space with beautiful views and the short walk to the town beach and harbor made this a perfect spot to host our young grandchild. We were very grateful that the home was air-conditioned, as it turned out to be. an abnormally hot week.

Great Weekend, Wonderful Home and Owners

This house was truly perfect. My family and another rented this home while in town for a local event and it was absolutely gorgeous. Your search has ended!!

We attended a wedding across the street and wanted our family of five to get together for a mini-vacation. Growing up in the area before moving to Philadelphia I already knew the location was great but the feeling we had when opening the door to Treasure By The Sea was the making of a commercial. The property was spotless inside and out. Great communication by the owners with emails/phone and the book provided right next to the "surprise gift" gave us all the information we needed to feel right at home. Open and spacious, the first floor seemed to go on and on. Everyone had their own room with a bathroom attached and all of the beds where VERY comfortable. We usually stay with family (which we enjoy) when visiting the area but to host the extended family for cocktails on the patio before walking the 75 yards to the wedding was wonderful. My local family were all very impressed and have asked for the owners contact information for when they have guests visiting from out of town. The home had all the amenities needed and then some. We did take advantage of the whole house A/C just to take the humidity out of the air and then shut it down to enjoy the cooler night breezes. And if your trying to decide who should get the master suite... make sure it's you! Thanks Jeff and Lauren (and Barbara for the cookies) for helping make our stay a memorable one.

Wedding Weekend

"Treasure by the Sea" is a perfect name for this home. I cannot thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home. My 88 year old mom along with my 17 month old granddaughter enjoyed our daughters wedding with all the comforts of home. Everything was above and beyond what we expected. Mattapoisett is such a beautiful area and we enjoyed the view from every window in the house as well as walking the neighborhood. We hope to rent your home again. perfect property!

We were looking for a bright, open, relaxing and inviting home to serve as a base for a very busy week. It was exactly as promised! The pictures don't really do it justice. Great Location and Spacious

This property is perfect for a family gathering vacation. The home is spacious and well-appointed giving privacy when needed and has a restful ambiance. We loved the convenience to the Village and life-guarded beach. Our local relatives could visit for the day and we didn't feel the least bit crowded. Lunches and/or cocktails on the patio looking at the harbor were relaxing. Our week was so enjoyable that we wish we could have stayed all summer! For us, this home more than lived up to the listing presentation.

Great house as described on VRBO. Owners were very responsive and had family near-by to help out. Outside grounds were great for the grand-kids and the view of the ocean and sail boats was wonderful. Town is cozy and quiet, a relaxig time for everyone. House was well furnished with towels, bedding and places to sit. The little ones loved the outside shower! I'm a cook and the kitchen was great, found what I needed, nice big dining room table fit everyone. Owner's Mom even brought us some homemade cookies! We went sailing, clam digging, swimming, shopping, and hiking all just right there. Thanks!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation in this lovely "home away from home" rental. Mattapoisett is a wonderful community with restaurants and things to do. The location with its harbor view and walks in town was great. The yard was beautiful and had we had lovely outdoor dinners on the patio. Upon arrival the house was very clean and neat. The house itself was indeed fully furnished for comfort and convenience... towels, fully applianced and stocked (dish/cookingware) kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. We particularly liked the first floor bedroom with its own bath for my elder mom. The owners were wonderful and considerate to deal with..providing fans and a window a/c unit to the 1st floor bedroom just days before our arrival as a heat wave was due that weekend. Also having cable Fios wifi internet was great!! Probably the only negative comment was that the the two upstairs bedrooms were still warm despite the fans and opening the skylights. My husband and I would definitely recommend this rental and hope to come back next year!! Truly a lovely vacation!

Fabulous Getaway!!

This house is stunning and in impeccable condition. Every last detail was thought of, down to the detailed binder of things to do and history of the area. The surrounding area is very convenient and the beach is literally out the back door! We had the greatest getaway!! I cannot wait to go back!!! This is a must stay property!! Don't forget to sign the guest book :)

A real gem - perfect for families with children

We stayed in this lovely and well appointed Mattapoisett home for Memorial Day weekend and could not have been more satisfied. The house has everything you need for a relaxing seaside vacation. The owners have thought of everything from high-quality linens to board games for the kids. We spent much of our time playing in the yard, lounging in the hammock and exploring the local shoreline. The picturesque town of Mattapoisett is at the doorstep and there are wonderful state parks and seashores only a short drive away. This was a wonderful weekend in a beautiful and lovingly attended home- all just a short drive from the Boston metro area. We will definitely visit again.
