2nd Floor verfügt über eine übergroße Küche mit High-End-Geräten, Granitoberflächen und Schränken aus knorriger Erle, die das wahre Luxusgefühl von Tahoe Rustic vermitteln.
Wohnzimmer mit großem Flachbildfernseher über Felsenkamin. Bequeme rustikale Sofas umgeben den Unterhaltungsbereich. Großer Esstisch für viele Gruppen.

Great location

We spent a week in South Lake Tahoe and loved the location of this house. There were four couples so plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. We were close enough to all activities, even walked to several, but not in the middle of town so it was a happy medium. A little disappointed in the game room upstairs as the carpet was seriously torn with stains and the walls throughout the house were showing wear and tear. We weren’t able to use the pool table as there was no chalk and the cues were terrible. Hot tub was wonderful and the upper deck provided many beautiful sunsets and a great place to have coffee and take in the view. The theater room downstairs was a comfortable and spacious way for all of us to enjoy movies. We had issues with the air conditioner coils freezing but the property manager was able to get someone out the same day to fix it.

If you've gotten this far, book.

This house will blow you away. If it is available and in your budget then you should book it. Located on the road to the slopes, we had access to all the amenities in town and the casinos were down the street. Mark was a pleasure to work with, as soon as you leave him a voicemail he calls back and answers your questions. I would recommend this place if you are with a large family as everyone has their own space.

Amazing weekend

This property is beautiful and has it all! We were able to comfortably fit 11 adults and 5 small kids and there was something for everyone. the movie room was better than expected. I want one! The huge game/bar room was amazing. The sunset views on the roof with the hot tub were incredible! The kitchen was great. The outdoor bbq was great. Everyone was raving about what a great weekend it was. We could all be together but had plenty of space to separate out and rest when needed. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

House was as described, few minor issues with some things not working but the property manager took care of them immediately the following day after check in. The kitchen pots and pans all need to be updated but overall the stay was very good for our group.

Wonderful for a big family getaway!

It is challenging to find a house big enough for our family to get together under one roof, but here it is. This home is huge and cozy at the same time. We felt like we lived there in no time. Just about everything you could reach for was there in the kitchen. We cooked and cooked and cooked... throughly enjoyed the huge dining room table. The game room is awesome. Pool table, shuffle board, and foosball; enough for an indoor Olympics. The rooftop jacuzzi was perfect for stargazing. Big comfy couches. A theater room??!! Everything about this home is just WOW. They even stock some baby essentials that are hard to bring from home, like a high chair, bouncer, and play pen. Very thoughtful touches. The owner is so on top of things. We had a technical difficulty with the theater projector and maintenance showed up right away to straighten it out. Don’t pass this one up!! We will be back.

Heaven in 4 floors and 5 minutes

We cook. A lot. 13 people, 3 meals/day. This kitchen is fully equipped. Oversized gas cooking, power hood to match. French door refrigerator plus two freezer drawers. Even a Vitamix for smoothies. We played games on the main floor. Shot pool on the 3rd floor (equipped with a beer cooler). Enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace on the roof whilst taking in extraordinary views and sunsets. Ground floor movie room got plenty of use between all our Christmas faves and the tots viewing Bug's Life. Plenty of together spaces and room to spread out. Plus, we were only 5 minutes from skiing at Heavenly, shopping in the village, gondola ride, and betting on football at the casinos. This house, this place was perfect for us. Loved every single minute.

Absolutely Amazing House in a great location

The house was great! The pictures did an amazing job showing the house and everything was great. It has amazing amentities like hot tub, extra blankets, enough beds, etc. If you are looking to ski at Heavenly this is literally right down the street and less than a 2 minute drive on the California side. The only knock I would have is that as of Jan 2018 the city of Tahoe is making a very concerted effort to stop vacation rentals. This means cutting down on the noise and especially parking. Our group did a good job of staying indoors during quiet hours (10pm-7am) but the parking situation was pretty intense. We were told at first we could have 6 cars then the day of check-in was told we could only have 4 and could not park on the street or anything that wasn't paved. We had neighbors called on us even leaving a car on the street for 15 mins. With a 7 bedroom house its tough to consolidate to 4 cars. In the end, the host let us know that we could park at Heavenly overnight. Not a huge deal but just be conscious of that. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again. The house was in great shape and was incredible. Thanks!

Fabulous House for a group

This house was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was truly a chefs kitchen. It had every utensil, pots,pans, dishes and knifes you would need for a large group. The view from the hot tub deck was beautiful and we had a great time in the theater. Highly recommend.

Delivered as promised

Very nice property, good location. View nothing exciting, particularly as walls blkc it when seated on the upper deck. Outside landscaping nonexistent (dreary appearance) but everything inside the house is as depicted. All good quality and maintenance as well - and outstanding responsiveness by both landlord and maintainence/mgmt team. Only nit is that there were no hair dryers - we presume due to theft by previous renters - but landlord was quick with an offer to replace them (which we declined as unnecessary). I mention this only in an effort to find something negative to say!

Perfect for our large family group!

We couldn't have picked a better spot for our large family group! Layout was great, a lot of time spent around the bar, and epic sunsets every night from the roof top bar! The movie theater I thought would just be an added little bonus, turns out it pretty much housed the kids the entire time. If we weren't at the lake, they were in the theatre, slept in there on the floor and all! The decks were awesome, and we got some great use out of the grill. There are dishwashers galore in this house and 2 washer dryers. If we bring a big group back to South Tahoe, we certainly know where we'll be staying! Just a tip for travelers, most probably do, but plan on brining your own soap and shampoo.

Fun

Really enjoyed this well furnished and equipped home with our family. Theatre was great. We all enjoyed the place. Could use some floor towels at the showers. Also maybe some dish towels. Was a little disappointed with the entry code not being correct. If we had not been able to reach someone on the phone when we arrived we may not have been able to get in.

Very Nice Home; Difficult Management

Let me start off my review by saying that the home is beautiful. Lived up to the description/pictures and did not disappoint. The issue I had that kept me from a 5-Star rating was with the gentleman who I was in contact with for booking and management (not sure if that is the property Owner or Management). First, when I was looking to book the house, I wrote him with some questions, explaining that this would be for 18 people as a 40th birthday celebration (mine.) He wrote back without answering any of my questions: "Is this college kids?" Through a few email exchanges, I was left with the impression that he didn't really want to rent to our group, although the reservation was accepted. I did not receive details on how to enter the house, so I downloaded the Home Away application and found a garage code for entry. After a 13-hour journey to arrive at the house, I found the garage code did not work. I called the same contact, who told me, "You must be looking at how to get in through the Home Away app; that's outdated." I told him I didn't receive any other details on entry, to which he replied "I guarantee it went through." I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot when the property information is not correct on the site which I booked the property through. We could not find sheets for the air mattress, and I sent him an email asking where they might be. "In the closets." He replied. Thanks, buddy, there are about 10 closets in the place. Spoiler Alert: They weren't in any of them. I found his email in SPAM, which upon review I found several rules which were not in the VRBO listing. One that stands out was that we would be evicted if we used the hot tub past 10 pm or made excessive noise. We hadn't planned to and we didn't, but it seemed a little aggressive to me. I also would have liked to know in advance that only 6 cars are allowed to park anywhere near the property (no street parking allowed; casino parking for overflow 3 miles away.) So the house is great, but dealing with the Management put me in a bad mood a few times during the weekend. Our group had a couple of other questions while we stayed, but I decided it was more stress than value to work with the contact.

Tahoe's Finest!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a big gathering get away or trip.Very close to the casinos and mountains for snowboarding. Mark was very organized and easy to communicate with on the spot when I had questions leading up to Check in day. The amenities and home are unreal. You are definitely amazed when looking at the pictures but when you are there, it's something special. I will agree with the other reviews on this home: Exiting the shower and not having any sort of mat/rug etc.. was unfortunate and slick. With the amount of money you pay for a home like this and the luxury within it, utilizing towels for a mat shouldn't be the case especially when you need the towel for it's main purpose. Aside from that, I would rent again. It will be difficult to go any place else. Thank you Mark

Amazing house, Spectacular views, Perfect location

Hosted 10 people for a weekend golf trip. This house was certainly the highlight of our trip. More than enough room to spread out and entertain on the numerous levels of the house. The theater-room was fantastic and worked perfectly; the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing a big meal; and the 3rd level game room, bar, and BBQ deck was just what we needed for a College Football Saturday. Why go a sports bar when you have one in the house? There was no better place to relax and watch the sunset than the roof-top hot tub and lounge area. The views of Tahoe, Mt Tallac, and Heavenly were absolutely stunning from up there. Location was great... 5 minute drive to Stateline restaurants and casinos. Easy to find. All in all, a great rental experience for me. Mark was very quick to respond to my emails and check-in/check-out was simple. To mirror the previous review, I do wish that bath mats were provided in addition to some small-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the showers. At this price point, these items would have been a nice touch. This group would certainly rent this house again.

Fabulous house!

Beautiful home with a great layout in a great location with amazing views! We were a group of 14 with a combination of adults, teenagers and a couple younger kids (9 and 12). We had a great stay with no hiccups. Movie theatre is awesome! Great kitchen appliances and grill. Washer dryer were fabulous and fit a lot of laundry. House is stocked with lots of dishes and pots/pans/serving platters/bowls! Beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. Our only complaint was pretty minor: we were surprised that there were no bath mats (so we had to use the hand towels or bath towels) and no bath soap (just liquid hand soap) in any bathroom. This is a luxury home. Other comparable homes we have stayed in have at least had bar soap and several have had other items like shampoo/conditioner and even body lotion in the bathrooms. That said, there was detergent (which we DIDN'T expect) and a large bottle of dish soap which was nice since many places provide a mini to get you started. All in all we loved the house and would definitely return.
