This home also features a wheelchair ramp for accessibility! This home is walking distance to the Marina in Kimberling City which offers jet ski and boat rentals. Just 15 minutes from the popular Silver Dollar City and only 20 minutes to the Branson Strip!

Kitchen and Dining Area

This open concept kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island, a drip coffee maker and is stocked with all of the essentials for dining in. There is a formal dining area with a bar height table with seating for six.

Living Room

The living room features a couch, loveseat, recliner, side tables, a coffee table, flat screen TV. There is a game room off of the living area and it features a pool table and a dry bar with a mini fridge, board games, and flat screen TV.

Master Suite

The master features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, and a flat screen TV. There is an attached master bathroom that has a double vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. This room also has a private entrance to the front deck.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom two features a king-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, and a private entrance.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom three features a king-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, closet and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 4

Bedroom four features a king-sized bed, nightstand, closet, and a dresser.

Bathroom 2

Bathroom two features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Outside

Just steps from the front door is Table Rock Lake. There is a tiki hut with an outdoor table, fire pit, and a swinging bar! This home is handicap accessible with a ramp on the side.


Neighborhood Description

This home is walking distance to The Kimberling Marina which offers jet ski and boat rentals as well as a lake front bar and grill. It is minutes from Branson’s most popular attractions including Silver Dollar City, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, and Talking Rocks Cavern. You are only 20 minutes from the Branson strip which has activities for all ages including Ripley’s Believe it or not, Titanic museum, Fitz Adventure, and endless live shows!

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
