The Space:

We love helping our guests find fun things to do, unique dining experiences, and other memorable activities nearby. We’ve also made sure to furnish the entire interior with amenities to elevate our guests’ experiences. We are committed to creating an enhanced experience for families, groups, business professionals, and all other fellow vacationers who choose to stay at this cozy reno abode.

Sleeping Accommodations:

The kitchen comes with all your standard cooking equipment, dishware, silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.), a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, rice cooker, and coffee machine. Cook with any of the complimentary spices to enhance your meals!

Full Bathroom:
This full bathroom is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Wrap yourself in plush bath towels and take advantage of the travel-size hair dryer. The shower is stocked with a soap dispenser filled with sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, providing the ultimate in pampering.

Laundry Room:
This home also has a full-sized washer and dryer along with complimentary bleach and detergent to freshen up your clothes during your stay.

Guest Access:
At this property, you have full access to all areas and amenities, ensuring a completely private and exclusive experience. From the moment you arrive, every part of the property is yours to enjoy, with no shared spaces or amenities.
This ADU is located on the same lot as the main house but separated by a fence with a lock, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

The Neighborhood:
Reno, Nevada and the surrounding area offer a wide variety of indoor and outdoor recreational activities. With excellent weather, residents and visitors can enjoy the nearby spectacular Lake Tahoe and the largest concentration of ski facilities in the world, all within a fifty-mile radius. Outdoor activities such as biking, camping, hunting, fishing, and mountain climbing are popular among residents and visitors. In addition, kayaking and paddle boarding are available behind the marina waterfront building. Located minutes from the Row, which includes Circus Circus, El Dorado, and the Silver Legacy Casinos, you can try your luck at gambling or catch a great show. The National Bowling Stadium, where professional bowling tournaments are held, is also located downtown, just blocks from the Row. The Riverwalk, featuring the Truckee River on one side and world-class restaurants on the other, is a great place to people-watch, enjoy a meal, take in the view, and visit a microbrewery or two just south of the main downtown area.

Getting Around:
Our property's proximity to downtown Reno makes it easy to walk to the closest restaurants or shops. Additionally, you can rent a bike or scooter if you want a more active option.

We're thrilled to offer a discount on the pet fee for guests who bring more than one pet. Our standard fee is $95 per pet for the duration of your stay. If you're planning to bring multiple pets, please contact us for a special discount.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have specific pet policies. While we adore all dogs, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate Wolf hybrids, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Doberman Pinschers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone staying with us.

Parking option:
There is a garage parking for 1 Vehicle. There is free street parking for any additional vehicles if there is no space in front of the home.
