The large living room boasts inviting sofas strategically placed near a gigantic smart TV with streaming and cable services and four glass sliders leading to an extensive oceanfront balcony with impressive, unobstructed views of the beach, bay, and ocean. The balcony offers a fantastic spot to unwind and lounge while taking in the sunset. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare memorable homemade meals for the crew, including all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area off the kitchen makes a great gathering place to enjoy your homemade feasts and game nights. The primary bedroom overlooks the ocean with easy access to the beachfront balcony. This suite also boasts a smart TV and an en suite bath that has been redone.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
