A large fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities of home. The dining area will comfortably seat everyone, and the patio area or the master bedroom balcony is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine under the stars.

The four bedrooms consist of an (1) upstairs master bedroom with a king size bed, (2) another master bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed with its own private entrance if desired, (3) a third upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, and a (4) fourth upstairs bedroom with two twin size beds.

Washer and dryer, high-speed WIFI internet and 3.5 bathrooms make this townhome anything but ordinary.

All this luxury is perfectly situated in the beautiful "Regal Palms Resort", just 10 miles from Walt Disney World. As our guest, you'll have unlimited access to the clubhouse (w/Required Fee) with a TiKi Bar, fitness center, sundry shop, and children playground. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a waterslide!

Check- In is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM

PARKING: Drive way (2 Vehicles). The 3rd vehicle may be able to angular park on the driveway. However, the tires must be inside the unit parking driveway not touching the road. PLEASE ask the front desk guest to assist you for any questions or clarifications with this matters at check-in.

Regal Palms Resort requires check-in at the Clubhouse front desk prior to heading to the property. Upon check-in the resort will give you a wristband for resort and gate access and charge you the $20 + tax resort fee per night. You must return the wristbands when checking-out, Regal Palms Resort charges $10 per wristband that is not returned. THIS FEE IS NOT PER PERSON, IT IS PER NIGHT PER VILLA.

Regal Palms Resort charges a MANDATORY resort fee of $20.00 + tax per night upon check-in to enjoy all it's amenities (pool, waterslide, lazy river, restaurant/bar, gym, arcade and games room, , playground, sand volleyball court, sauna, Business Center, Tour and Tickets Sales, Computer Station, 24 hour receptionist and 24 hour guarded, etc.).

The Resort is a Gated community. The Unit is just 3 minutes walking distance from the main Clubhouse.

The Host will provide a guest with the ACCESS CODE to enter/exit the unit.

The Resort is about 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.


We supply items such as toilet paper, shampoo, bath soap, garbage bags, towel paper, etc. to see guests thought the second night. Guests may need to bring along or buy this items from Publix grocery , just about 4 minutes walking distance from the Unit.

Important: all the trash has to be discarded in the white bags . We provide 2 white bags located in the pantry. If not you will get charge of $50.
