This is a spacious 1,725 sq. ft. condo, so you and your family can really stretch out and enjoy a well-deserved vacation. This home features 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms plus a DIRECT, BEACHFRONT, PRIVATE BALCONY, with a spectacular view of Gulf of Mexico!!! As you enter the property, you find two guest bedrooms - one on either side of the entrance hallway. To the right, Guest Bedroom #1 features King Size Bed, a mounted HDTV, and private access to the guest/hall bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. Across the hall is Guest Bedroom #2 featuring 2 Queen Size Beds, a HDTV, and a private bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. Both guest bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Next, in the hallway you will find the laundry room, and access to the hall bathroom shared with the first guest bedroom. The Primary Bedroom features a large closet, Smart TV, Beach View with Balcony Access, a King size Bed, and an Ensuite Bathroom with 2-vanity sinks, jetted jacuzzi tub, and stand-up shower. The hallway opens to a spacious open-floor plan, where you'll immediately notice the Beach and Gulf Waters through the Floor-to-Ceiling, Glass windows! To the left is a very nice Mini-Bar. To the right is the updated and fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your vacation.
