Not only is there an oceanfront swimming pool to enjoy, but there are restrooms with shower facilities, a gathering room with a microwave and a private beach access. Also, included in your stay is use of the Winding River Seaside Marina. There are 4 day dock slips (first come, first serve) connected to the clubhouse via a short walk on the community boardwalk. Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
