*Pool heating and spa heating are available for an additional charge of $45 per day. All pool heating requests have to be made prior to your check in, and it has to be for the entire length of your trip. The heater will get pool to 90f and spa to 100f.

*BBQ Grill is available for an additional charge of $25 per day, all BBQ requests have to be made prior to your check in, and it has to be for entire length of your trip.
There is parking for three (3) cars at the home. No parties, events or gatherings of any kind, THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME IS THE SAME NUMBER OF PAYNG GUESTS LISTED IN THE BOOKING. It is not ok to bring friends or family that are not part of your booking, the property is for lodging and enjoyment of its guests, it's not a clubhouse. Please note, violations will result in booking termination at guest's expense, as noted in the rules and conditions of Airbnb's guest agreement.
